17 Sportsman 570: Chronic Overheating Problem

Looking to get some suggestions/insight on how to proceed. Have 2017 Sportsman 570 Hunters Edition. Received Christmas 2016, meticulously followed the break in period and oil change and prev maint after 15 hours, but by April it began overheating at lower speeds 5-15 mph only 30 minutes into the ride. After 3 trips to two different Polaris dealerships the problem persists. Abosutely enraged to have this happen to a brand new machine, Polaris has been unhelpful at every turn. They only let me talk to a customer service agent who listens to my complaints and gives me a case number. Been to a Polaris service dept 3 times and the problem persists. Appreciate any suggestions!!

The knowns:
-Happens everytime about 30-45 minutes in the ride.
-Going on ATV trails at slower speeds 5-15 mph or the machine idling
-Everytime it overheats the fan is NOT coming on.
-The last visit the dealership burped the coolant and replaced a sensor, fixed the problem for the very next ride, fan came on everytime it reach 194 F, but the ride after that the problem persists and fan is still not coming on again.
-The above facts were relayed to two different Polaris dealerships on 3 different visits April-July and the problem persists.

Specifics:
Dealer 1 (where we bought it)- Did absoutely nothing after two visits there. They tried to "recreate" the problem and said the machine showed no codes to suggest a problem and ultimately could not find anything wrong. They stated they contacted Polaris and put notes under the VIN to show the history, but after getting fed up with them took to Dealer 2 who said Dealer 1 put no notes in the system.

Dealer 2- Communicated with Polaris. But same as Dealer 1 they could not recreate the overheating at their shop but "burped" the coolant and replaced a sensor. Next ride out the problem seemed to be fixed. Machine never got above 195 F. The time after that it happened again. 30 minutes into a ride at slower speeds and machine got up to 230 F and fan was NOT coming on.

Ball Bearings

Hi, Just posted this question and I think it went somewhere else. Just bought this Sportsman 400 4X4 and had to do a little work on it to get it running. Only the carb and throttle box on handle bar. Found two little ball bearings on the garage floor, any idea where they may have come from. thanks BG

Two little ball bearings

Hi, I just bought this 1995 Sportsman 400 4X4 with only 637 miles on it.had to take carb apart and clean, also the throttle switch wouldn't work. Got everything back together and fired it up drove it around the yard, everything seems to work ok. when returning back to garage I found 2 little ball bearings on garage floor. Anybody have any clue as to where they came from? The only things I had apart was the carb, I know there's no balls in there and then the throttle box. It had a spring in it that fell out but figured out where it went. So now what Thanks BG:

2004 Bombardier Outlander 400 Max

I have a 2004 Bombardier Outlander 400 Max. I thought I was having problems with my starter, periodically I have to "tap" the bolt that holds the starter in while pressing the start button to get it to start. The last time i was on the trails, my machine was sitting idle, I was standing beside it, it cut off and i couldn't get it started with the starter and most times I could start with pull starter but, when i went to pull the pull starter, I had nothing - it's easy to pull and still wont start.

I thought it wasn't engaged so let rope back in, tried it again and, still nothing. Brought machine back home, put new starter on the machine and I still get a sound that isn't consistent with a motor turning over, sounding maybe like the starter isn't engaging but, the starter is brand new - still nothing with pull starter. Still won't start...

What could I check next?

14 XMR 650 Oil Change

I'm about to do an oil change and contacted a local dealer. They have an oil change kit for 60bucks. Is it worth buying or can I just buy oil and filter at a local advanced or wallyworld? If so is the correct blend (full synthetic) and weight (0w-40)? I also have no idea on filter type and size. If anyone has info on this please lmk. My XMR was bought used and didn't come with a Service Manual
