2010 Sportsman 90 running rough

I have a 2010 Sportsman 90 that will not run smoothly at much more than a barely cracked throttle. I took it to the shop twice. The first time, a rebuild kit was put in the carb. A new sparkplug and misc maintenance. I picked it up, brought it home and found they had adjusted the throttle stop back to the factory setting of "very restricted". The kids rode it that afternoon and the next day asked me to speed it back up. I backed out the screw and it ran like it did before I took it to the shop. I returned it to the shop within a week. They put in another rebuild kit and when i picked it up, I asked if they adjusted the throttle stop. They had, and told me that the throttle stop was the problem all along. They said the 90 was intended to run at a very resticted throttle setting. And that if I adjusted it back out, it would allow the carb slide to move too far and flood the carb. The engine does run like it is flooding or choked when you push the throttle past a point. This does not make sense to me. It ran for years with the throttle stop backed out. Does anyone have any experience with this? What else could be the problem? Sorry for the long post

2011 Sportsman 850 X2 winch and mount

Anyone have any idea where to find a winch and mount (plug and play preferably) for 2011 850 X2? Babbits, Polaris parts house, even Amazon do not list a winch and mount that would 100% work on this machine. I tried calling Ryan and RVS performance with no answer. Partzilla had nothing that would work. Heck, even Polaris Industries doesn't even have a system with model numbers that I can order.

Any help?

I have a 2003 expedition 425 and was wondering if the sportsman rims would bolt up to mine and aftermarket exhaust of the same year thanks

Scrambler 1k Rear Diff Backlash

I had to order a new pinion and replace all the bearings in my 2014 Scrambler 1k rear differential. I also ordered a new shim which came in a package of about 10 -12 of them with different thickness. How do you adjust backlash on these considering you have to seal the case? I put the factory one in but it was super tight and I could hardly move it by hand. The service manual doesn't have any instructions as well. I am totally confused

Thanks

Fox shocks DSP

Just sent my OEM fox shocks back to fox factory to change oil, seals and install DSP. Shock feel so much better than before. More adjustments and can fine tune better. It's $100 a shock to add. I thought about getting aftermarket shocks, but for the money it's hard to beat shocks I have on my scrambler now. I ask fox rep about dual rate springs and he said they are not needed, DSP does the work of that. My scrambler pretty much has every mod that can be done to it, including RVS ECM. Runs and handles perfectly
