Not a Polaris but help needed please

Got a kinroad 110cc buggy and noticed it keeps revving high so I've changed carb, checked carb to manifold for leaks then I find a whole next to where the spark goes in! What is best way to fix this! Bike still runs but bogs out on acceleration, will I need a whole new head?

2008 HO 500 stator diagnosis

Good afternoon,
I have a 2008 Sportsman HO 500 with 2500 miles that does not seem to hold a charge. I have read that this could be a bad stator?
How do I test to confirm?
Is this a DIY project? I have worked on cars but not much on ATVs.
Does anyone have a good breakdown on how to test/replace?
What other parts should I consider replacing "while I am in there" ?

12v power outlet

While I had the central panel cover off this weekend, I noticed that the wires were off the back of the power outlet. I just bought the 2011 Outlander 500, used, so don't know history. Just thinking it should have wires there to hook up. Called dealership, and they described wires I just didn't see. Hate to run it up to them just to hook up two wires.
Any ideas?

brake question

2004 sportsman 500 ho,when pressure is put on front brake lever which is supposed to control both front and the one right rear,the fronts work fine,but i get no brake fluid out of the line going to the rear caliper.the right foot brake works fine.maybe the line going back is plugged?that stuff is all buried on the quad,dont have a problem taking apart,just wondering if anybody experienced before.thanks

small spare tire

Will running a smaller spare tire like a 25" screw up the rear end when you're sporting 29's? Just would use it to get out of the bush and back to truck...

2000 magnum 500 belt

Hi, How hard is it to replace a drive belt on this? can you just slip off the old one and slip a new one on? If so, is there any adjustments? I don't have a service manual,That"s why I'm asking.Thanks
p.s. It dosent have engine brake.

Low Range climbing a hill may break gear box?

Hello everyone,

Couple weeks ago I purchased a 2nd hand 2013 Outlander Max 800R XTP and it is my first ATV. Last week I went to climb a sand hill with a couple of friends and they told me to use Low range to climb it slowly. So I did it and at all times it was below 6000 RPM. Suddenly, while I was climbing it sound like something just got broken and stop and turn off. I turned it on again and put R and it did but then it didn´t accept again neither L or H. We manage to put it in neutral ( never turn it on again ) again and when we were back at normal terrain ( horizontal ) I noticed that it was loosing some oil. ( in my parking place before this it never loose any oil )

I just came back from the dealer and they are telling me that I was never supposed to do that ( put L Range to climb a sand hill ) and that is reason why the gear box got a fissure.
