I put a new belt on tonight after 13 years with the original..haha..only 84 hours since new and 1000 miles..belt still looked great..anyway..got old one off and blew out both clutches and sprayed brake clean on clutch faces..new belt on and now the quad moves in gear and I can't shift into any gear while running..do I need to get the belt down into the secondary more? I kinda forced it on which didn't help. I read about a one way bearing in there? Quad runs and drives great overall. Thanks guys for any help..

Picked up this lil devin very cheap but it screams like a banshee in heat when I run it down my deer trails. I hate loud. Any suggestions for the stock exhaust or refits?:devil

So I've been running the replacement non oiled K&N air filter in my 15' 800 xmr for over a year and have not had any issues. with that being said i want to know every ones opinion on K&N, i know this is a touchy issue especially on the car and truck forms. a lot of people say that the k&n filters let to much particles pass through them and that has me worried because the dirt roads i ride on get really dusty and when riding in a group im basically riding in a dust cloud. should i change this filter for other brand? or oil it?

Hello new to forums. Finally bought a new wheeler. Sick of working on my old 1990 Polaris trailboss 350l. Already got 3.8 hours and 45 miles on her going down dirt roads. (getting pretty old). Luckily I'm going to Michigan this weekend to hit up some trails.

Can't wait to do some mods since I figured it I live 40 min away from rvs performance. Will be getting the gse exhaust and filter soon. Rather go with the gse since its not as loud as other exhaust systems.

Will be using the og tires before getting new ones then keep them a a spare set. I have ordered the python front bumper from John. Should be here in a couple weeks. I will be having my brother fabricate something for the rear rack and make a small rear bumper. Can't find anything I like online and my bro is good at making brush guards. I also have a friend that wraps cars, so I might have him dress it up a little bit. He has wrapped my car that I drive right now and made it look a ton better.

I bought my 570 bone stock and was wondering your winch setups. Polaris winches are expensive but plug and play. The people I’ve ridden with have not had good luck with warn winches. How about the smaller brands like falcon, kfi, and viper? Are these cheap quality?

Hi everyone,I have a 2000 trailboss 325 I got new in late 99. Well it's been good to me, but my silent chain just started slipping , I have a transmission here from a sportsman 400 4x4. I'm wondering if that transmission will swap into my trailboss and just not run the other sprocket to the front and use it for 2x4 and to have hi and low range,? Thanks

I have a 2001 Sportsman 500. Probably half the time when I come to a stop, the engine kills because one of the clutches seems to still be gripping the drive belt. Additionally, at times when I start it up, it's evident the clutch is engaged, making startup difficult, and it wants to take of immediately. I have lubricated all the moving parts on both clutches, yet the problem persists. Any recommendations?

Does this mean my injector is faulty and needs replaced or just a loose wire or connection? Thank you

I have a 2011 outlander 400 efi. The starter will not disengage after the engine starts. I have replaced the solenoid and starter, and looked at connections in the starter button. I'm not the most mechanical person and I'm at a loss right now. Thanks if anyone has suggestions.
