What’s a guy to do when he loves the KTM 450SX-F powerplant but KTM refuses to re-release a Sport ATV? Well if you’re Daryl Rath, you stuff it inside a Yamaha YFZ450R chassis and build your dream machine yourself. Where most of the great ATV builders of the past have switched completely to UTVs, it’s […] more

service manual

I'm trying to find a free downloadable service manual for my 2005 Polaris 250 trail blazer. We have to take apart the gear box and need some help.,

Huh seal help

Hey folks, got a 2003 scrambler 4x4, doing all new bearings and se s is in the whole machine. Now on the lower strut where the hub seal rides I have couple shallow grooves from old seal, some one had used silicone at one time, can I lightly sand those out smooth to get a good sealing surface or is the lower strut junk? I can catch the grooves with my fingernail. Thanks

Clutching issues

If anyone has a qsc adjustable weight clutch kit on their outlander 650.. or even other cc.. what's your set up for weights, springs, and shims? With tire size.

Also if anyone has the weight spec in grams or tenths of a gram for the different weights that come with the kit that would be really helpful as well!

The setup on mine now is 3 adjustable flyweights (~30grams each) with 2 holes for adjustments at the base and the tip, small 1.4g insert in the tip with a 3.5gram bolt at the base. With both thin and thick shim in primary along with silver/green spring.... also with silver/yellow secondary.

I have 28inch terminators, and I can't get any bottom end out of the bike.. I have tried a few different setups, and I can tell a difference with major changes but none have been good, or close to where I want to be.

A arm guards

Dose anyone make a arm/ cv boot guards for the highlifters, just had to pay 400 for my dealer to replace the cv axle in the rear due to just a cut boot. Most of my riding is wooded trails with water crossings, with unknown what's under the water. I looked a Ricochet and don't seem to have any for the highlifters.
