2003 sportsman no spark! Need some help

I have a 2003 sp700 twin. I had a no spark condition, bought the rmstator conversion kit and still have no spark. My trigger coil ohms out just fine at 390. My battery volts seem to be on the low side, but I have hooked a booster box up to it (I have a big, shop style box) and it doesn't help. I have checked throttle cable tension, it's fine. I checked resistance on the plug wires and got about 5,500 ohms on each. All connections are good, grounds look good, and I'm at a loss. I've read nothing but other forum posts for a week now, and I can't seem to find one where everything checks out ok and it still won't fire, or the OP never cones back to report his fix. I know I should have bought the polaris kit for $500, I didn't and I regret it at the moment. I have a ride this weekend and really don't want to cancel for the 2nd week in a row! ANY help is greatly appreciated. I have a nice multimeter but it doesn't do peak voltage. I'd like to test the voltage at the end of the wires while cranking but I don't think there's a way to do that without a high voltage meter. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Is there any way to make sure the voltage is coming thru the cdi box while cranking??

Winch Fairleads

The carnage continues. I killed my bash plate (CanAm plastic skid plate) last ride. Ripped the top two mounting holes and folded it back. Had to cut it off and hoist it Ina tree to remove the bash plate to continue riding.
Disassembling the front for the replacement and pulled off the winch fairlead, discovered it cracked and bent. Now useless. This is a Warn product and cast aluminum. Looking for a billet unit for replacement. Anyone have any first hand experience with a billet one?

Racing questions

Thinking of racing in my local hare scrambles with a renegade. Any input on 1000 xxc or slightly smaller 850 xxc? Racing in Florida, mostly scrub/sand/woods. Thought about the 1000 xxc but went to look at in person and it looks like it might be tall/tippy in corners. Would the 850 xxc be any better in tighter stuff or does the power of the 1000 xxc trump all? Anyone use 1" wheel spacers or other and pro's and con's? Thanks in advance. I am new to can am and just wondering!:

2007 sportsman 800 bad stator

okay so i sunk my 2007 800 (hydrolocked it) got it running and ran fine then voltage would go up to over 16.5 volts so i replaced the voltage regulator, it sat about 3 months between then, ran it after replacing, (had to jump battery) and voltage wouldnt go over 12 volts at high rpm, then when the fan kicked on it shut off from low voltage. i trickle charged battery for a day and when i load tested it, it said replace (battery is less than a year old) is it more likely that i fried the stator or is the battery just bad? and how can i test the stator. thanks

17 570 Plow/Price

Hello

Coming from a 800.Is a 2017 570 comparable for plowing with 60" blade?

Stopped at local Dealer.$4400 plus tax.Think I'm heading back to buy.2018 only appears to have updated heat shields.
Any oppions before I head out?

2018 570 with more heat paneling

Saw this post on Facebook from a dealer who is at the Polaris dealer show. It appears Polaris as added more paneling above the CVT and on the right side also to close off the entire engine bay to reduce heat to the rider.

I think when this part becomes available I am going to have to try it
