6×6 boss at work today

Here is a few photos taken today while da boss was out helping on trails. Both our mutts were along but the energetic puppy tends to be in the woods. :smile

Harley-Davidson trims profit forecast as sales slide in second quarter

Harley-Davidson Inc on Tuesday trimmed guidance for shipments of its motorcycles in 2019 after worldwide sales in the second quarter slumped, hurt by higher tariff costs as well as weak demand in the United States. The Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based company now expects to ship about 212,000 to 217,000 bikes in 2019. Operating margin in the motorcycles segment, or how much profit the company makes per dollar of sales after accounting for production costs, was also revised down.

2005 Sportsman 90 Backfiring Carb Issues [VIDEO]

Hey Gang,

Hoping for a little help here. I've done some searching but can't find anyone with this same issue.

My kids 90 sportsman (2005 I think) hasn't been run in a few years. It kept dying everytime he started it so it was put away in the garage for a couple years. The other day he got motivated and wanted to work on it so we took apart the carb and saw the bowl was gummed up with white crusty stuff. We cleaned it all out, cleaned the carb and now she fires right up!

The problem is that it's running extremely rough (and really loud). With the choke on it keeps backfiring and sputtering, choke off it doesn't backfire but still runs rough. When you push the throttle it sort of has a mind of it's own and revs up and down, it's very unresponsive.

Video Here:
I checked the plug and it's definitely running rich. There are no exhaust leaks. I adjusted the carb idle screw 1.5 turns out from seated. What else should I adjust or inspect?

Thanks in advance!
