Hi everyone,
I just bought a 2014 Sportsman 570 with about 6700 miles on the original everything. The only known problem it had was a bad wheel bearing on the rear right side, it was a pretty easy fix. So far the machine starts right up, has good throttle response, doesn't make any weird noises, doesn't burn any oil or leak any fluids and generally seems pretty tight. I know the miles are high but the price was low and so was my budget. So my question is are there any known weak points in these machines? Anything that is the common first major repair that is needed? I have half a mind to just replace anything (within reason) that is known to be a weak link now before it goes. I am capable of rebuilding the whole engine but what I would like to do is fix any potential problems before that is necessary.
Thanks in advance.
