I fried a voltage regulator so ordered a new one off eBay, same part # but the solid yellow wire is getting hot on the new one and its barely putting out 12 volts. I'm thinking the new one might be bad because a couple years back I replaced the same one and the first one they sent was putting out over 16 volts and they exchanged it for the one I just fried. just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems?
Any notice their instrument panel blink about once a minute? My temp & EPS Light blink simultaneously about every 60 seconds when it is just sitting there not running?Attachment 117485
Ok my 07 outlander has been running fine until last weekend all the electronics shut off and bow the bike is dead. No power what so ever. I have already replaced the obvious things, voltage regulator and key switch. What am i missing?
I just took mine apart to try and clean it, well it still won’t clean. Part of the lens cover is melted or something from the previous owner. I have tried everything to get it clean but can’t... where can I buy a new cover? Not the whole cluster just the cover?
