2013 sportsman backfiring… help!!

So this is a polaris 2013 sportsman 800 efi, it started out running on one cylinder, we performed a compression test, 180 psi on pto side, 30 psi on mag side, so we disassembled the engine and found camshaft to be worn off and 2 lifters to be totally collapsed, but the crankshaft and connecting rods were in good condition. The pistons were also in good shape but the rings were questionable so they were replaced.

We put in a new aftermarket camshaft, new lifters, new water pump, new magneto/stator, new fuel pump ( not the regulator as it is holding at 39 psi), used cps and it was good, new tps, new map sensor, new coil, new spark plug wires, new ECU, new injectors. The flywheel key way is intact, not sheered, all the gears are timed properly, new plugs, adjusted the tps, checked intake boot for cracks, checked ETC, and checked wiring. We checked the oil pressure and at idle 3 to 5 psi, and then at 3500 to 5000 rpms we get 40 to 55 psi. The rocker assembly and valve movements seem to be good. We checked the exhaust for obstructions and it was clear.

The computer is not sending out any codes, not communicating with the scanner.

The engine will run now but it backfires from the throttle body.

STUMPED!!! Any ideas out there as to what could be causing this?????

Extended protection plan.

Help. Need suggestions quickly. I purchased a 2015 ACE 570 from my local, and very highly rated, local dealer. About 50 miles on it. It was their shop machine and just used on their lot for moving stuf and plowing snow. I have a 2013 550 and never any problems. This machine handles very different. My question is should I get the extended protection plan on it. It is not the power steering model. Anybody aware of common significant problems that would warrant the protection plan. Costs $900 for 5 years,. Thanks for your advice. I need to make a decision by next Tuesday. Responding through here or email is O with me. I have had no problems with the machine.

96 sportsman 400 hub seal leak

I am replacing my hub seal due to a leak. Does anyone make a repair sleeve for the oem sleeve that goes over to repair the groove left from the old seal. Like the harmonic balancer on automobiles? From what i read the magnetic coil is usually destroyed when this sleeve is removed.

2019 Defender X MR Rear Windshield

Hey guys. Took the new machine out today for the first real ride. Awesome machine with a ton more power than I am use to (I owned 3 teryxs before this). Only thing I have done to it is the factory half windshield. One thing I noticed with the half windshield on is the swirling sand and dust that comes into the drivers compartment!!! It was terrible. Will a rear windshield stop this? And better yet, does any make a rear windshield that will fit on the XMR??? I was looking on superatv and theirs states will not fit on the xmr..... Any help is greatly appreciated with the sand/dust issue. I am pulling the windshield off until I find a fix.
