New owner 2015 325

I am a new owner of a 2015 325 etx. Has almost 700 miles. I need to replace the front and rear axle on the right side. The CV boot is broke and hear clunk noise. Would I need to do the opposite side as well? From there I may replace bushings as needed . I need to replace the rear brake lights too. I am going to search the forum . If anyone has advice or link or anything else to look for I'd appreciate your help.

non cranking 570 (2014)

Last time out the 570 ran great, no problems. shut it off in the barn it sat for about 5 days, went out to start it and the wind up and speedometer did not happen. Thought it was the on off switch- no, no lights. Plugged in a trickle charger and it started charging immediately. Let it charge for almost a week, still no power, lights or anything?

any help would be great. I also checked the fuses all 5, 10, 20 amp fused were good, don't know about the black box fuses?

thank you!

Advice 2014 Sportsman 400HO upgrades

Just recently got 2014 Polaris sportsman 400 HO. The machine has very little use. Looking to hear opinions/advice on some suggested upgrades to the wheeler.

Will be mainly using it for around my property, some trail riding, hunting and ice fishing. Currently has no winch so I’m looking for recommendations on that.

Any other recommendations on possible issues and upgrades that would benefit me.

Also if anyone has anything they are selling that may be of interest to me please feel free to let me know. Thank you in advance for the help

2018 renegade 1000 xmr overheating

I recently purchased a 2018 xmr 1000 and added on a wild boar radiator relocate bumper. I’ve hooked everything up just like it was pictured, but with the new relocate I’ve been getting overheat lights and it goes into limp mode. I’ve completely cleaned the radiator and reinstalled but after about a mile of riding it goes into limp mode any ideas?

FIrst Atv

Picked up at 2014 Polaris sportsman 400 HO With 70 hours. Pretty excited it is my first four wheeler. Been riding dirt bikes and motorcycles for a very long time looking forward to four wheels on the trails.

2nd battery on my popo? worth it?

So I ride all season long, and sometimes the temperature hits single digits. I run heated gloves; however, I am thinking of running heated socks, pants and some other stuff on top of that.

I was thinking of getting a normal car battery and store it in my storage compartment and just use that battery for my heated gears. Heard a normal 12v car battery can power up heated gloves, pants, and socks for a good full day (not sure on that though). Then I can just recharge it when I get home for next time use?

Or am I better off connecting another ATV battery to the main battery via positive and negative connections? question is, will the stator still charge up the 2nd battery? Will it even have enough electrical output to charge both batteries?

How does this work? thanks!!!

2003 500 ho.

Anyone out there heard of problem with this wheeler getting too warm giveing it a little workout like brush hogging and having all the power go out ? The headlights, tail light, speedometer light and digital display etc including the AWD but the wheeler will stay running and going in 2WD UNTIL you shut it down and then you can’t start it or see any sign of power until you wait about 10 minutes approximately and turn the key on and if you have your speedometer back then you have all power back and can restart the engine and everything works until the next time it happens. I’ve talked to 2 dealers and they haven’t heard of this and also Rocky Mountain sports as well as some mechanic friends. Ide appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
