Hello,
I just signed up here to ask for advice on my new, to me, 14 maverick xrs dps.

In the first two rides, I did not notice or hear this clicking. The clicking started on my third huge trip recently.

The STOP stopped me from lowering my headlight as it was pointing way up.
After I took it all apart, I am wondering what is the point of this stop on the screw, it caused me a headache.
I am thinking get rid of it. It seems like it will get in the way in the future too. I suppose I can screw the stop way up the rod.

I have a 2004 Sportsman 600, I am having an issue with when the machine is cold as in below freezing weather, you turn the key on (with the kill switch on) there is no power. The cluster doesn't light up the head lights won't come on and it won't crank. I have replaced the battery, key switch, kill switch and the winch solenoid. The only other things I have done was replacing the base gasket, and upgraded the ignition system. But the problem persisted before that. Has this happened to anyone or anyone seen this and have any fixes or suggestions? Thank you.
