2004 magnum 330 service manual

Looking for a service manual for my 4 wheeler. Took it in because the 4 wheel unit wasn't engaging. payed a professional to diagnose and was told the unit was getting 12 volts and the differential was bad , couldn't rebuild and wanted 1400 dollars to replace. Bought a used unit for 400 and started to work on and found out its not getting any juice to the unit. kinda upset!!! my friend whos a mechanic said with a wiring diagram we could trouble shoot if its the switch or a fuse broken wire ect. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

DIY Dog Rack/Carrier

Hey everyone. Brand new to the site and a brand new polaris owner. Got a great deal on a leftover 2018 sportsman 570 hunter edition a few weeks back. Done a couple modifications since I picked it up and this site sure has come in handy. Figured I'd do my part and share a little project I did over the weekend for anyone else who might be interested. After looking extensively online for a dog carrier for my sportsman, it seems as there is limited options. EXPENSIVE options. I take my dogs just about everywhere with me, whether it be the lake, the trails or anywhere that offers adventure. The price for these manufactured dog carriers is steep and I thought I could fab something up for a fraction of the price and that's exactly what I did. It's not super professional and it surely isnt as nice as the custom made ones online, but it's solid, it works and it only cost me about 140$ to build. Figured I'd post some pictures to give ya'll some DIY ideas if you were in the market for a similar product. Let me know what you think and I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Outlander 650 “HI COMSTOCK” message

Hello, I am Todd and I live in the Atlanta Georgia area. I just purchased a 2008 Outlander 650 Max. The first ride out was great for the first two hours then it decided not to start. It over heated a couple times so I stopped and let it cool down and then would go again. About the third time it would not start again. A message scrolls across the bottom saying "HI COMSTOCK". I can't find anywhere what that means. The manual doesn't show it as a possible message or error. The battery is good, fuses are good but it won't turn over at all and doesn't even give a click. The screen lights up and will show SERVICE SOON one time then it continues to scroll HI COMSTOCK. If anyone knows what that means please help.

oil in vent tubes

I have a 2018 XMR 650. A buddy of mine rolled it in a pond over the summer and it took on a small amount of water. I took it to a certified can am tech and had him go through it and make sure it was good to roll. He said everything was fine and was good to go. Since then, i have had a small amount of oil build up in my vent tubes coming from the air box. It runs fine but it just blow oil by and idk why. i keep having to add oil to it every few months.
Any help or advice?
