I have a 1994 Polaris Magnum 425 that I picked up real cheap but am having a few issues with. The main problem is that the all wheel drive doesn't work going forward. It will work in reverse if I push the override button and the all wheel drive lettering lights up on the AWD switch. But in forward high and low nothing is lit up and it does not work. The Speedo also doesn't work which I have read stops the AWD working but on this bike its mechanical not electrical so I don't see how that has an effect?

Getting ready to order a new f350 superduty. I have a 2015 outlander 800xmr. Does anyone know if it fits in the bed of a short bed woth the tailgate closed?

Does anyone have access to the engineering specifications for the camshaft for this ATV. Polaris has discontinued this part, I don’t see any aftermarket ones available, and I’m seeing lots of posts about people wanting one. I’m thinking about having a machine shop do a run of them and sell them (as well as have a spare for mine). Mine is in good shape so far, so I could take it out and measure, but it would be much easier if someone can provide the specs.

Also, if I follow through on this, is there any interest from anyone on here to purchase one? Before you ask, cost will be based on cost to produce and a fair profit (not a gouge profit). The more I have made, the cheaper the price will be per unit, so determining interest beforehand is somewhat important.

God I need help!! Iwas plowing one day with my 2001 traxter xt500 that was my Dads and only has about 500 miles on it. so here my story like Isaid was blowing open my driveway plowing but it hadent stopped snowing yet so I said ill wait an hour or so and shut her down. Acouple hours later went out to inish up the driveway and she wouldnt start. i didnt know what happened so I took the carb off and cleaned her out and put back on. i cheeked or spark and she had it,and for shits and giggles i did a compression test and she was a bit low but nothing bad. well ive cheeked uel lines ive change carbs ive been messing with her for a very long time, so i do another compression test and now I have 0 Compression. i just took the valve cover off and the valves are going up and down, I so lost now how did I loss compression anda four wheeler that was running fine ad all i did was shuther off and pooooooof my nightmare begain.

Just introducing myself. My name is Pat. Have always been an atv guy. Started with Banshees back in the day. Then Honda, then took the plunge into the RZR craze.. thoroughly enjoyed, but youngest daughter stopped wanting to ride with Dad, and oldest (12) daughter rides her klx. So went back to roots.. picked up a nice '14 Outlander 650. Really nice.. only one short ride.. but WOW. These machines are incredible. Very different experience. Looking for some stock tires. Only trail riding with this baby.. I think these are Mudzillas. Cheers everyone. Oh, I'm in Lexington S.C. favorite riding place.. Enoree OHV. Anyone out there close that wants to hook up for a ride.. reach out.. Enoree is a special place if anyone here has never ridden. Pristine.

I’m also looking at buying the Lucy 7 rear rack with storage bin. Curious as to the quality. Apparently the Full Armor folks no longer sell what they had.

2005 Sportsman 800. Not sure when it started, but i noticed the other day that my reverse lights are on all the time. Where should a guy start to troubleshoot? Gear selector? I replaced it like Feb of this year, but I know my lights haven't been on all this time. I hate electrical haha.
