Plans for Winter

In the winter after snow falls I can't ride my machine (I have no interest in getting tracks at this time). My machine is 2018 Renegade 1000 XXC Triple Black. Currently I am planning on getting some work done. Figure I'll send my ECU to Monster EFI to be flashed, get a new primary CVTech or STM (likely keep stock secondary) and then wanted to have my bike dyno tuned. I have a PCV, exhaust, snorkel now.

Question 1: Where is the closest ATV dyno shop to Maine? I've struck out in New England, just need to know where I can trailer it.
Question 2: Should I have it dyno tuned before having my ECU flashed? I figured it would be better to do after but thought I'd ask.
Question 3: See my sig I have a lot of mods now but what other mods would you guys suggest? I was considering 1" wheel spacers for improved handling.

2019 Outlander 650 MAX XT weight

2019 Outlander 650 MAX XT weights 32lbs more than the 2018 model.

I know plastic ends on bumpers are now metal and suspension was changed, but 32lbs?

Does anyone know where all the extra weight is coming from?

ATV lurching forward and in reverse

Last weekend I broke the chain on my 97 sportsman 400L. Since putting on the new chain and tightening it whenever I put the atv in gear and accelerate the bike has this constant lurching feeling in both forward and reverse. A friend of mine seems to think it is the clutch belt from revving the machine up and not going anywhere but wanted a few others opinions. What do you guys think?

Thanks again.

Cvtech top rpm question

Question for you clutch guys that have been running cvtech. I put a cvtech on my 570, been trying a ton of different springs and weight combinations cuz I just couldn't get my top RPMs up where I needed them. I'm now running 1017 and I really like it it's Snappy off the line I can wheelie in high and low now my only question is the top RPMs. I've only been able to test on blacktop, trails closed but down the road I'm at about 66mph at 7700rpms. That's quite higher then 7300 it runs stock. Is it ok to run these at higher RPMs? I can add weight but I like how it performs, and I figure on a trail it won't grip top end like blacktop anyway.

Oil from gearbox area

2016 1000 Outlander xtp ...i have a oil leak from the gear box area...
I have thourghly cleaned around that area, left overnight everything is tight around the shaft enterance area..... it seems to be comin from underneath between the bottom of the box and frame... any pointers its 100% not engine oil.

Thanks
