Hey Guys

Magnum 425 2x4 Sometimes hard to start. When I used the push button start it makes a clicking sound on the starter solenoid, sometimes no clicking at all. Sometimes it will start no worries. Battery is fully charged. Can be a bit hard to start with pull cord. Any helpful advice is welcome

I went to put the temp sensor into the bolt hole on the front cylinder and I realized the sensor that came with it is too small. What have you guys that have installed this temp gauge done to remedy this? Is there an adapter of some sort I can buy? Or maybe a new end from koso? Kinda disappointed as I was hoping to get this sensor installed this weekend lol.

Thought it was the trailing arm bushing, but when I took the sway bar nut and lever off the trailing arm moved smoothly with no noise and no play! Has to be something with the sway bar but cannot figure it out?

Need some help here.
Have a bad trailing arm squeak. Bad bearing right? Don't think so. I took sway bar nut and lever off and found trailing arm to move smoothly with no play and no squeak! Has to be something with the sway bar. How do these sway bars even work? Do these sway bars actually twist? What is the problem causing the squeak?

I noticed when checking the AWD with it jacked off its wheels, the tires seem to shake at speed.
Not balanced at all. These tires are old.

When I was looking at the manual showing the brake master cylinder, I have the clear plastic tank which seems to have been on the year 2000 sportsman 500
But the VIN 10th digit is a 1, meaning is it a 2001?

I snapped it shut and off it flew, I did find the handle.
It was old and the pin was falling out so it must have been cracked.

Looking at it thought I could repair the cable.
Took dremel with small diamond point and drilled out a center hole.
Found a small picture frame eyelet.
Cut off maybe half the hook, heated and bent into a tighter circle, believe me was tough to get it .
You really do not need a full circle more of a J shape.

Hook threaded into the plastic pull plunger, I worked it back and forth and the hole was right size.
Dremeled off the sides of the plastic plunger so that it was flat.

Bottomed out hook and it sits perfect as did the original plastic hole.
Almost all the threads are in the hole.
Coated with instant glue, then marine grease and used a number 6 threaded screw to hold the handle on.
I needs a nut and may go with a SS bolt and nut.
