Battery Drain while parked

2016 570 touring,

started with a completely dead battery. Boosted it ran great and even restarted on its own for the last run aprx 60kms. Washed and parked the machine. 1 day later checked and battery was completely dead again. Inspected stator, voltage regulator harness and no chaffing or exposed wires. Im going to check for a draw tonight. Im leaning towards the voltage regulator based on some basic research. Has anyone dealt with this issue? I installed a new AGM the day after the second occurrence and it went dead after a couple days:crying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does anyone have a PDF link for the repair manual on this machine?

Cheers,

2005 Outlander 400 front axle questions

hey guys,
its been awhile since I have worked on a 400, this one is a 2005 400 MAX XT. Has a broken front left axle, i am trying to order an aftermarket one to get my customer going but all parts are showing 2003 - 2005, I can only find 2006 and up can-am. From what I remember the 2005 is the same as the 2006 front axles?
This is when BRP went from Bombardier to Can-am in 2006 and could be the cause of part # mix up. Anyone know for sure if a Outlander 400 front left 2005 will take a 2006 400 XT axle. Any help would be great!!!!

Fogging full faces helmet

So how do I prevent this? I lifted the shield up a hair which helped but was wondering if there is any tricks to eliminate this. Shaving cream tooth paste I've heard of these before but do they work?
Thanks
Ron

2000 Polaris scrambler 500 throttle dies

Hello,

First off thanks for any feedback you might have with my issue.

I just picked up a 2000 scrambler 4x4 cheap, it had been sitting for 3 years and previous owner stated it had an issue with "throttle". I'm not too mechanically inclined but I had a friend who is check it out and I bought it.

Changed the battery, pulled the carb as it would start but wouldn't continue running and die. Ordered another throttle cable and changed that out, changed the spark plug, cleaned the carb and put it back in (mixed up the hoses and flooded the carb, waited until it drained) and it fired up and idled with starter fluid. It idled great but any time we used the throttle it would sputter and die.

We emptied the gas and changed it to ethanol free (clean) gas.

I took the carb out again to take a closer look and noticed the choke handle had broken off (closed) also when pulling the fuel line it is definitely getting fuel as fuel came out..

I've looked online and have heard these machines have issues with the cam shaft I guess that's the next move, does anyone else have any input as to what else could be the problem?

Thanks in advance!
