Voltage Regulator sticking

My voltage reg doessn't come on line after start until I rev engine to about 3500 rpm and hold for a few seconds. Then stays online while driving but voltage fluctuates from 12.0-13.9.
New battery, fully charged;
Machine is : 2017 sportsman 450 HO;
< 100 hrs.
Any ideas? Seems like this is a not too uncommon problem.

Need new tires

2011 Sportsman 850, have stock Carlisle 489 tires now. Ride is very rough, any suggestions on a tire that will give a better/softer ride? Thanks.

No power at all

Hi,name is Dan and am new here,hoping I can get help.
My wife was driving around my(our) 04 sportsman 700 twin and said the atv just shut off, absolutely 0 power, I've checked the basics, battery,battery cables,kill switch(position)ect..nothing.
My father in law and I putz around with a voltmeter for a bit but honestly dont know what we are doing, well a little, but does any one have an obvious idea of what it is?? Been checking out some vids on youtube but not really helping. Thanks

What I have planned so far lolz

For my 2018 renegade xmr build I got planned for mudNwheels rear diff, stm primary and secondary clutchs, 29.5-32” assassinators,full rjwc dual exhaust with tuner,dvnt front rad bumper relocate,dvnt rear rack,halos, just don’t know what brand lift thinking of a 4-6” lift kinda want a 6 but feel like it is over kill won’t be as smooth and just to big what you guys think for lift?

wheel stud problem

Purchased a 2018 Sportsman 850 SP a few weeks ago, went out riding yesterday and was cleaning her up this morning when I was putting the back tires on and torquing them down to the 75 foot pounds that the manual recommended I twisted the stud off ???? This is my first Polaris, is this A issue are am I just the lucky one:sad. should this be covered under the Warranty ?
