It appears I have a bit of a leak on my 2014 Polaris 850 sportsman where the drive shaft goes into the front gearcase. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Is this a take the entire gearcase out and rebuild the seals? It can that plastic housing case be removed and new seals put in? There isn't any play in the shaft. Thanks!

I have a 2015 rene 1000xxc when I first start it up and put in H it wants to take off even after its warmed up and I put In H and hit the throttle it engages hard
Could it be my secondary?

I took of carb and installed larger jets. But I didn’t pay attention to the choke linkage, specifically the placement of the spring behind the choke lever, when I took apart. (Yeah kinda dumb) Now I’m having trouble getting choke linkage back the way it should. Any thougts on how this spring should be positioned would be appreciated.

Had a stator go bad and after replacing it, the machine will start, run for 5-10 sec, then die like it is running out of gas.
Anyone have an idea where to start? Before stator went bad, machine ran great.

Engine light comes on during ride. It will sometimes chug then be fine. Temp sits around 88-92 so I can’t see it overheating. Went for a short ride this evening and light came on 5 min in then was chugging like crazy for a long time. Any suggestions would help

anyone have anything good or bad to say about them? they almost seem too good to be true for the price. is the atvsuperstore a good place to purchase? i’ve never dealt with them

Also are polaris winches worth the extra money over a warn? seems like warn is quite a bit cheaper... is there any winches that will fit without an additional bracket other than the polaris winch?

Hi guys im hoping someone can give me a hand or point me in the right direction. I got a 2003 Sportsman 400 yesterday runs great, everythi g seems fine, 4x4 works great just no speedometer and the cluster reads E 1716??? Does anyone know what this means?? It needs a starter?? But pulls first pull? Im stuck, ive tried Google and found nothing? Should i replace the speedometer???

Before I install my new tires, I went to verify the torque settings on the beadlock bolts.
I checked my owners manual and it says to torque in 3 different series of settings.

1st series- 3Nm or 27in/lbs
2nd series- 8Nm or 71in/lbs
3rd series- 11Nm or 97in/lbs

I took my torque wrench to my beadlock and all the bolts are torqued at 8Nm or 71in/lbs.
Looks like the factory only torqued it to the 2nd series( 71in/lbs), is this correct?
Or should I tighten to 97in/lbs?
What torque is everyone else using?

Hello folks, I have a 2008 500 sportsman HO... The AWD light indicates it's in 4x4 but in actual it is NOT... Checked plug at actuator and there is power.. any suggestions to where to look next would be greatly appreciated...
