2” bar riser

So i put a 2” rox riser in, trimmed some plastic, cut one zip tie, and removed the bolt holding the front brake junction in place. Anywhere else I get get a little slack in the front brake line? It’s right in the edge of making me uncomfortable about breaking it.

2017 ranger 1000 highlifter drive shaft noise

I have a 2017 ranger 1000 highlifter I recently put 6 inch portals and 37” bkts. Replaced oem drive shaft with beefier one. Went out to the deer lease and when I drive it, it sounds like a speed consistent clunking. Clunk clunk clunk it’s coming from right below my feet in the middle, before the carrier bearing. It almost sounds like it’s rubbing on something but I checked and nothing. Do you think it’s the weight of the new shaft? Maybe a heavy shaft just making noise? Or putting stress on the I- joints?
If anyone has any experience with this, please give me any advice or knowledge you have. Thank you in advance!

Fuel guage Blinking when tank is full

Bought a used 2015 Sportsman 570sp. Speedo is blinking empty but tank is full. I pulled out fuel pump assembly. I put my meter on it and got 6 ohms when up and 90 ohms when down and put halfway and read 50 ohms, which it supposed to read. Voltage was at 2.5 volts which I think is low. While assembly out I pulled up on float, it would read empty until I pulled all the way up and it read full but would not go anywhere in between even when I lowered it all the way, I then shut off ignition and then it would read empty. Resistance checked also at where plug in to top of assembly and was good. Is this a speedo issue since resistance seems right, but I do not have 5 vdc? Thanks in advance!

Awd light issures

I have a 99 scrambler 500 awd was previously working fine. How ever I was riding it and the awd won’t come on. The awd light will not work either. So I took switch apart to find that only one leg of the bulb was connected to the top contact. My question is where does the other leg of bulb get connected to and does the awd light have to work for the awd to kick on?

BRP won’t stand behind their product

I purchased a new 2018 Defender for our farm and ranch operation. It broke down in a remote area on our way home from working on our pasture water systems and checking crops with only 535 miles on it. We did nothing wrong, yet BRP will not stand behind their product and warranty claiming that we had to have done something wrong to cause the issue. We were simply driving home down a gravel county road when it went up in smoke. I would recommend that nobody buys their product as both the dealer and BRP have been terrible to work with and will not stand behind their warranty.

BRP won’t stand behind their product

Our Defender drive system went up in smoke with only 535 miles on it. Suddenly there was smoke, and within a few hundred yards we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. We did nothing wrong, it was a new machine, and BRP will not warranty it claiming that it is our fault that the Defender drive went up in smoke driving down a county gravel road. I have never encountered a company like BRP before that will not stand behind their warranty. I recommend that people don't buy their product. The dealer and company were both terrible to work with. The Defender broke down in June and the repairs were just completed the end of September. I do not want the piece of crap back.

2011 RZR 800 Bendix Replacement

I have searched YouTube as well as a couple FB forums but haven't found the detail needed. I am looking for instruction on the easiest way (short of complete disassembly) to replace the Bendix in a 2011 RZR 800. Anybody have the "instructions"???

Thanks!!!!
