I am in search of the outer plate for the primary clutch. Not sure of the correct name but it is the one with 6 bolts in it and the polaris logo on it. I can't find a new one anywhere. Schematic diagrams show it but the number listed goes to the bearing sleeve inside of it. Thanks in advance!!!

Hello all. New to the forum. Live in Lancaster County PA. My name is Jason. I am 42 years old. Just wanted to say hi! Buying a 2017 Can Am 850 max this weekend. Can’t wait and I am very excited. It has 200 miles and adult owned. I am very mechanically inclined. Worked as a install tech for specialty products for 20 years. Now last few years have moved into sales. Anyways hello all and look forward to checking out the site.

The time has come to buy this baby. Some of you may remember me in the tire thread asking about opinions etc..

But anyway, so I've found a dealer who has an 2018 Sportsman 850 SP Camo Power Steering etc for $8,700 out the door. Is this a good price? I found another dealer that had one for $8200 but that was before taxes/titles/fees so I'm assuming they would end up being the same price?

Either way, I know the MSRP for these machines is a little over $10K. What did you guys pay for your 850 OTD?

I plan on getting a 2500lb warn winch with synthetic rope along with 27' STI Outback and Max tires on STI HD5 wheels. But I plan on buying them myself and getting them to install it. So that's $1,600 in extras I'll buy on my own and bring to the dealer with me for them to install before I take my machine home. Just figured I'd mention that ahead of time.

Last thing, the $8,200 just sold so the one that is $8,700 out the door is 4 and a half hours away... Do dealers usually charge you if you ask them to buy/work with the other dealer (assuming they will) so you can buy the ATV from your own local dealer? If I have to make the drive I will because there aren't many 2018's left much less Camo 850 SP's...

Hi, I am working on a 2003 Trailblazer 250...filled the gas tank and gas started running out right away (I'm assuming the Petcock Valve) and under the tank out the bottom through a clear orange tube. Any assistance would be helpful...Bammer

I am considering building a custom plug and play, or plug and play " piggy back " type EFI controller for my outlander.



I have started ordering a few parts, mainly the ECU connectors. I am trying to find a wiring diagram for this machine but so far havent found anything.

I can always just pin it out manually, but it would help a lot to have a schematic to look at.

Hey guys I have a 2007 Outlander 400 XT, I just finished "rebuilding" the motor. Last winter, I kept leaking oil from a terrible repair job on the drain plug thread where someone welded a piece of metal across the magneto cover to the crankcase and I blew the centrifugal weight through the valve cover, all things considered my quad was still running when put it up on jack stands and now I finally got around to pulling the motor, pulling the shrapnel out of the oil strainer and replacing the cover, the weight on the the cam shaft, along with a few other things. My quad is running great now, it starts right up no issue, the problem I'm having now is in the CVT. I pulled off the primary to replace the one way bearings which were obliterated, I installed a new quadboss kit with the bearings, springs, caps, and that expensive isoflex grease. Now the problem I'm having is the primary sounds like it's clicking at idle, and does until I give it gas and speed it up, maybe I never noticed because I never ran the bike with the CVT cover off but it's pretty loud. My bigger issue though is when I speed up to say 20 mph, and then go to slow down using just the rear brakes, the secondary sort of binds up and bucks until I come to a complete stop but is fine as soon as I accelerate again. I don't know what to do next, I refuse to take is to a dealer, not to mention theres none around me but I'd like to get this thing 100% for snow plowing season

I have a 2015 570 EPS Sportsmsn, when I turn on the key after the fuel injector quits the picture of an engine lights up on my instrument panel. It does not blink, it is just constantly lite up. The manual says this is a warning from the EFI system, and the book says do not operate the machine. I ask the technician at my polaris dealer and he said he has never seen this before.
Can anyone help? I don't want to spend $75.00 and wait 3 days to hear the computer diagnosis if I don't have to.

My 1000 XTP steers to the left by itself. As soon as you start it the wheel spins to the left. Does anyone have a clue why?

2002 325 Magnum - I'm in the middle of rebuilding my carb and cleaning both "G" & "S" outlet screen filters from inside my gas tank. This is my 1st time for both and learning a lot as I go. The tank is a little dirty inside and out so have lots of cleaning to do and both screens were filthy.
I was wondering if there's a gasket or some type of silicone used when re-inserting these screen filters to prevent the fuel from seeping out ?
