570 Sportsman Reliablity and Trouble-Free Lifetime?

I'm interested in some opinions....I've got a 2015 Sportsman 570 EPS/EBS that I ride 100 hours and about 1200 miles per year. I ride it hard (dust, rocks, steep, cold and hot temperatures), but am diligent about routine maintenance. With past Polaris ATV Sportsmans, I started having mechanical issues around the 400 hour/3000-4000 mile marks. Opinions: When do expensive, major things start to fail with hard riding (engine valve clearances, belts, bearings, transmissions, differentials, etc)? Friends who ride Razors less aggressively seem to get 8000 to 9000 miles on them before things break.

Sportsman 500 clutch rubbing…..

Cheers again all. Just picked up a 1997 Sportsman 500, worked out a couple bugs but one I can't figure out..... the primary clutch just ever so slightly rubs on the cover. If you just lay your hand on it, or lift on it slightly, the tapping sound is gone. Only does it at idle. Pulled the outer cover off, all looks like new - this was a one owner machine since new, little old guy, and he can't remember clutch has ever been off. I inspected where the inner housing behind the clutches is mounted, all looks to be absolutely standard and also in mint shape. Anybody ever heard of this before? Do these outer covers deform over the years from the heat or something? I have a puller to pull the primary, but not sure what else i'll see. Anybody ever heard of this?

Pit Bull Growlers

I was looking on your corporate site, and it shows that you carry Pit Bull tires. When I click on the logo, it shows 0 items found. Another distributor shows them on closeout/ discontinued. Are they going out of business/ no longer making them?

2008 sportsman runs… kinda

Hey guys new here, a little background for you. I have sportsman 500 that’s been sitting for 5 years. before I put it up I drained all fuel and put about 10cc of oil on the piston so it wouldn’t freeze up. I needed to replace the stator pick up and starter. All got wet. So as a safe measure I cleaned the fuel tank, carb, and got a new vacuum pump, new plug as well. Got the new stator in found out the square stock on the fly wheel was broke and replaced that and here’s where it gets interesting. So if you turn the bike key off then back on and start it, it will fire up for like a second or two. And I try to crank it up again, it turns over but won’t even fire with either. So again key off then back to the on position fires up then dies. Does anyone know what it could be? I was thinking maybe the ignition module? Idk I’ve been pulling hair thinking about it. I just read on here there is a Saftey in the throttle controller on the the right handle bar and if the contacts are not touching it could shut off like that! Any help would be appreciated
Ps I’m a diesel mechanic so I’m pretty savvy in this field just a different machine
