2006 Polaris Outlaw 500 wiring harness

Hi
The wiring harness for my 2006 Polaris Outlaw 500 is junk. My question is, is there any other wiring harness from any other atv that will fit this? If so,could you tell me which kind? I am not very good at the whole cross reference thing. Or does it have to be from a 2006 Polaris Outlaw 500 only? Also, does anyone happen to have 1 they would sell me cheap? I have looked on ebay, but only found some with cut wires and others with plugs missing. I do not have the money to buy a new one or i would.
Thanks

Just purchased a 2018 570 sportsman eps for hunting in swamp area. Hopping to learn if I can put 28" Mega Mayhem tires on, if so 12" or 14" wheels, what offset and wheel.
Has anyone done this ?

Razor Rescue

Had to extract this Razor from a narrow trail after he clipped a rock and blew out his rack and pinion. Of course I was volunteered since my quad was the oldest. We had to attach another quad to the front of mine to get up one of the steeper sections of trail, but the operation was a success.

I've been on three rides with this guy. The first time was the Razor's maiden voyage, he blew out a front shock. Second time he blew out a sidewall on one of the stick tires. And now this.

Intermittent Binding Feeling.

5100 miles on my 2013 LE, mostly stock setup, but new Bearclaws at around 3000 mi. Last few months I feel a binding vibration that comes and goes, only when the quad moves. I think it feels like a cv or u-joint binding, happens on flat or over terrain.

I’ve already replaced the front u-joint a while ago and the current one feels tight. Rear has a little play in it, but doesn’t feel terrible. I have no idea how to check the CV joints.

Thoughts? Ideas?

2013 800R won’t start when hot. Died while driving.

Was quite a hot day today, 27c, and I gave the quad quite a hard ride for more than an hour. All was fine with the engine.

Stopped to adjust shocks, tried to start, nothing. Pressing the button does nothing, like when it's in H gear and brake isn't pressed.
No starter click, sound, nothing.
Sometimes hear the quad "resetting", like it does when you turn the key, trrrrrrrr, k-k-k-k-k-k. But the display doesn't actually reset.
Took 20 min or so, and it eventually just worked when I pressed the button and the started worked and it started right away and ran fine.

Drove pretty hard to get home quick, like another 10 minutes of perfectly fine engine, and it just lost all power and died. Wouldn't start again.
Now, at that point I tried a few things, like opening the gas cap (and there was pressure or vaccum, I can't tell, but there was quite a bit. So did it die because of an improper vent, and is that unrelated to the no-start issue? I don't know). But because it was hot, it did the same thing as 1st time and wouldn't start.
Funny thing, if I let the display turn off, and tried to start it just as it "turned on", the engine started fine for 1 second but as the display was done resetting, engine died.
Eventually, it just (I think?) cooled, and it just started again no issues, and I was able to drive to my trailer with no issues. Once in the trailer, I tried to start it again hot, wouldn't start.... once home, started right away.

Doesn't feel like there is any strain on the starter or engine, when it starts, it starts right away, and when it won't start, it does nothing.

Battery is new and good voltage, connections are tight, fuel is new, gear doesn't help (P, N, H, R, L)

Any ideas why it would refuse to start hot? Do you think that it died for the same reason, or it's the fuel pressure? (clogged vent valve?)
Only 700km on the quad, never flooded, engine turns and starts fine all the time, doesn't feel like there is ever any strain on it.... feels like an electical/electronic issue to me.

Ideas of a fix?

EBS Functionality

We've got 2015 570 Sportsmans (EPS, EBS), and I'm curious... with our older 2005 Sportsmans that didn't have electronic braking, I was always careful to do steep descents in 2H or 2L; never 4WD, because the front tires could skid and cause loss of control. Also, I'd goose the throttle to keep the clutch engaged at lower rpm's. With basic EBS it does a good job keeping the clutch engaged at low rpm's, but does anyone know if there is active machine control to keep the rear wheels (2H/2L) from slipping on steep descents? Also, what about 4WD? Will EBS keep front wheels from skidding?
Thanks!
