tire and wheel recommendation

I'm looking for new set of tires and rims for 2007 sportsman 800. found some on ebay that seem to good to be true... at $568 (25" QUADKING ATV TIRE & GOVERNOR M/B WHEEL KIT POL3CA). Anyone have experience with these tires and will they perform in a soft soil marshy setting? If anyone has recommendation for another place to purchase or a style tire rim combo I'd be happy to hear it. I am currently using the stock tire and rims (26-11-12 / 26-8-12)

Looking for open style wheel bearing greaser

Hi to all !

I have seen a wheel bearing greaser (opened in the center) where you only have to remove the axle nut and hub and the wheel bearing greaser just slides over the axle up to the bearing to grease it.

No need to remove the axle from swing arm. Very easy and simple.

Can't find one for my 2016 Outlander Max 850 XT.

Anyone of you guys have found one ?
Does it exist ?

Thanks for your help

2018 Can-Am Maverick DPS vs. 2018 Textron Wildcat X LTD: By the Numbers

Though neither the 2018 Can-Am Maverick DPS or Textron Wildcat X LTD are flagship models, they still have plenty to offer Sport UTV enthusiasts. Let’s see how they compare…by the numbers.

With all the latest advancements in machines, we often like to focus attention on the “sexy” picks – the newest machines with the amazing suspension and horsepower to spare. It can be easy to forget that the manufacturers produce some other machines that are pretty sexy in their own right, and have been for some time. Let’s see how the Can-Am Maverick DPS compares to the Textron Wildcat X LTD.

450 wont start, could it just be the battery?

Before I get into the actual problem, a bit of history is required. We purchased a 2014 sportsman 450 ho new in march of 2016, by October of that year it was stolen from our property. February 2018 we received a phone call that the quad had been recovered. We were very surprised to say the least. We pick it up and it starts after a little bit and we are able to drive it into the pick up. It starts right away to drive it off the truck. It is parked and turned off. We try to start it again to pull it in and it doesn't start. There is no power at all. We thought it could be the battery if it wasn't charged or on a battery tender, but that did not work either. There was a new ignition installed as it was stolen without the keys.
We know nothing that happened between 10/16 and 2/18.
I would like to fix it to sell, so i do not want to put hundreds into it. Is there anything i can do at home before bringing it into a dealership? I am not mechanical but i am good at following directions. I just don't know where to begin.
The quad itself is in pretty good condition, just a few scratches here and there. Theres also a skid plate on so the belly has been protected.

Thanks in advance for the replies!:smile

Hello from Jersey

Hi Everyone!
My name is Dee. Hubby is more of the quad person than I am, but I'm more of the technology person, and i like to learn about what exactly it is that i have. We have a 2018 570 LE and a 2016 450 H.O.. we don't have the most ideal riding terrain, but we make the best of it and enjoy it all.

New to me 16 Outlander 570 Max

Just picked this up. 200 miles on it. Anything to look out for or upgrade right away. Weekend cruiser for the wife and I but it will probably end up slightly abused when she’s not around

Mega Mayhems – 850sp

Hi all,

Could I tuck a set of 28 inch Mega Mayhems under a 2016 850sp without any lift or cutting anything apart? Please note, this would be on stock 14's and I am a big dude so I would likely have to crank the springs all the way up.

Any input would be appreciated. Was originally looking at HTR's but exploring options.
