Been having some issues with my 2008 Sportsman 500 HO EFI. Back in the fall it kept stalling when coming to a stop. Finally got around to checking it out over the winter and determined that the rectifier was going bad. The voltage output jumped back and forth from battery voltage to 14 volts. Replaced it and everything seemed to be okay. Went to start it a couple weeks back and it was very hard to start. Checked the plug and the spark was pretty weak. Replaced the plug and that seamed to help. Went to start it today and it wouldn't start at all. Checked the spark and it's there, but very, very weak. Swapped out the coil with my 550 coil and it's still very weak. You almost can't see the spark. I fear I already know the answer, but figured I'd throw it out there. I guess the first thing i should do is check and clean all the connections just to be sure. Any other suggestions?

Whan i turn the low speed i don’t felling clicks also the high speed not clicks , the rebound its ok i have 24 clicks

I have a 2000 sportsman 500 with oil hubs. was wondering if it was possible to put the newer front sealed bearing hub design on my bike?
any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm considering just going ahead with either 26.5 uber Growlers or 27 BG 2.5 Growlers on this new machine right off the bat. Then just sell the new OEM takeoffs to offset some of the cost.
Question is, do I want a little more offset wheels while I'm at it for a wider/more stable stance? Anybody running more offset rims on the new 1K's? If so, what are they? I doubt there's any oversized fender flares out yet so that could be an issue.
Vision Crushers with an inch more offset than stock wrapped with 26.5 Growlers and Maier flares have been a very good setup on the old 800. I like to stay with what I KNOW works.

I will be getting a set of outlaw 29.5’s soon. I have a qsc primary clutch already. Will I need a stm secondary to turn these with some power? Or will the primary be enough?

Anybody have these tires? I really don’t like the yellow and red outlaw label on the side. Anyone black that out? If so how?

I’m want to move a shed with my outlander warn winch. The shed I am pulling is way below the rated capacity of the winch but is heavier than the outlander. So obviously the lighter object will move towards the heavier. Shed doesn’t budge at all
How can I pull items toward me that are heavier than I am? Do I need to anchor the outlander to something? If so how?
People must use their winch to pull out stuck ATVs all the time that are heavier than the machine with the winch. How is it done.
