Now im asking this as a proof of concept. But with these 4 wheelers all you can buy as a kit is around 2 inches of lift. If your bold you can make 4 inches or so happen . but what I'm talking about is actually making a real lift kit for one. You cant go down any more than 4 inches the angles on everything are not great anyways . but basically it comes down to this . you have to take into account as follows. = CV axle length , control arm length and tie rod length . it seems to me if you could source or make longer axles , extend the control arms and tie rods whats stopping you from running a 6 inch lift or bigger on one of these machines

I cam across a 2017 for $9799 but was gone when i got to speak with someone....They said they could get close to that price for a 2018 but havent heard back from them yet..Im curious as to what people are paying for one and whats considered a great price

Why doesn’t Cam Am make an Outlander XT-P in a 650? I currently have a 2016 Outlander Max XT 650. I absolutely love the machine with the exception of the soft suspension. It has plenty of power for me and I can only think of a couple of times during the past few years I have owned it that I wish I had just a little bit more. And that was when I was operating in deep snow and sand which I rarely do.

I have been shopping XTP’s for the past few months now and I’m just curious if anybody knows why Can Am doesn’t offer one in a 650 model.

My 2016 Can-Am Outlander L 570 xmr with only 150 miles just started making a weird rattling noise from the primary housing. I was riding my Can-Am in some pretty deep snow today and all of a sudden I hear a loud "pop" followed by a grinding noise and then noticed my machine was no longer moving. Being spooked by the noise, I immediately put the gear selector in "P" and did a quick visual inspection and didn't see anything out of line. Before hoping back on the machine, I made a quick prayer to the Can-Am gods and they must of had mercy as I was able to slide the lever into "L" and take off.

So far the machine seems to be working fine except for a rattling sound that happens upon deceleration or sometimes happens very rarely at idle. I haven't taken a video of the noises coming from my machine yet but did find one on youtube that closely matches the sounds mine is making. Any ideas?

My 2013 850 sportsman is hard to start. It turns over good,but takes several attemps to start in cold wx. Below 30 deg. Once started runs good. Is this normal ? Mycar starts rite up with FI .

Hi, I took my 08 outty ice fishing this weekend. it ran great out to the spot I even moved to 100 yards ir so with no problems. When I went to leave there is no power at all when turning the key on. (No lights-no sounds-nothing)
I checked the following in order:

Kill switch
Battery connection
Fuses
I took the battery out charged it and re-installed.

Still nothing. Any other ideas what to try? Is there a second fuse box (other than the one under the front rack?)
