Selling my Outlander. What should I ask for it?

So I've decided to sell my Outlander. I am just not using it enough to justify keeping it.

It's a 2009 500 MAX XT. 4300 miles on it and completely stock. 5 hours on it since I fully serviced it last summer along with putting new tires on it.

I put it on CL for $5500 obo but I am not getting many bites so I am thinking I've priced it too high.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks for the input.

2000 Polaris Trailboss 325

Hello on my atv I'm having trouble every time I go through water holes or big mud holes my trailboss bogs down and tries to cut off. I was told the spark plug was getting wet but, the other day it did this and the plug was completely dry.

Polaris 850XP Throttle Position Sensor 2412634

I am suffering from the dreaded check engine throttle sensor issues. All posts indicate a newer TPS will repair this - but I could not find anyone that could tell me if the newer TPS would fit my older bike. I have a 2010 850XP Sportsman - this TPS doesn't even come close to fitting. I paid $138. It is brand new - never installed nor plugged in - as the 2010 plug and throttle body are completely different shapes. My loss....

Polaris factory TPS part# 2412634 (Apparently for 2012 or newer)

458H24 hour meter reading?

Ok so I am a little confused.

I was scrolling through my instrument display to check the engine hour meter and it says 458H24.

The 458 seems pretty straightforward, but what does the H24 mean? It is not spelled out in the manual and I did not come up with much on a google search.

Does it mean something like 458 hours 24 minutes or something like that?

Thanks.

Newbie here

Hi Everyone!

Nice to be a part of these forums. I have a 2009 Outlander 500 Max XT.

Great ride, but unfortunately I don't ride it enough so I am probably going to sell it. :(

400 Sportsman Electric electric start problem

I own a Polaris 400 Sportsman. When I try the electric start for the 1st try, it will try to start for a second but will not. After the second, you will here a clicking sound from the rear. I will turn the key once again, no sound like it is trying to turn over but the clicking sound will happen from the rear once again. I am able to start it with the pull start though. I have charged the battery and the battery is within 2 years old. In addition, before I charged the battery yesterday, I would attempt to start it with the pull start and the battery light on the display would blink and the dial on the speedometer would turn red. After I charged the battery yesterday and started it today with the pull start, it did not blink. Is the problem just the solenoid or something else? Thank you
