So my wife's wonderful inlaws dropped off the ATV that I grew up on for me to get it running again for my wife's mother in-law to plow snow while her husband is off on the road for work.
Unsure what year it is ('94, '95) 300 4x4 ATV. Sticker on headlight is gone. How can I find out what exact year it is? Snowmobiles go off of serial #.
He supposedly took out the starter solenoid, can anyone on here that has this same year and model take a photo of their solenoid so I can see where this thing is supposed to be located at? He has a hard time starting with the basics, see example below!
I'm in for a treat here, 4 years ago, he dropped off his snowmobile for me to get it running again, told me it needed new injectors, well the dang thing set for 1 full winter so the fuel drained out of the injectors and fuel lines, all it took was tad bit of fuel in cylinders she fired up (redneck way to prime your fuel lines)!
Once I get parts ordered for this and start the maintenance phases, I'll be asking more questions in regards to this ATV.
