2010 Polaris sportsman 850 co eps

Having a problem with eps light flashing after bout 10min of riding. I got new battery an relay an greased connections an it still flashes. What else could it be an also would it cause more problems riding with it flashing?

Polaris sportsman 500 won’t run with air box lid on.

Working on an early sportsman 500, and it will throw you off the back with lid off of air box. Replace lid and will barely move at all. What am I missing, I've checked all I can think of, anyone have any ideas? Tube on air is lid is not restricted, air filter is new, something about the added resistance is throwing the fuel mixture way out of whack. Thanks in advance for any help.

04 sportsman stalls in reverse sometimes

When I put it in reverse and give throttle it hesitates and eventually stalls. I am aware there is a safety feature that normally limits engines rpm unless overide is pushed. The speedo needle jumps around as well. If I hold on the override bottom it is fine. Seems like the reverse Rev limiter is over acting. Speedo works fine in forward and reverse with button pressed in. Any ideas? I assume if it was the wheel speed sensor then speedo problems would occur in forward as well.

Possible EPS problem

I have a 2018 Sportsman 1000. This is my first with EPS, and when I test road one at the dealer you could turn the handlebars with 1 finger when stopped on a nice polished concrete floor. Mine is hard to turn when parked on regular concrete. I pulled the relay and notice no difference in turning assistance when stopped. While driving I think it’s working, but not sure. Is there any test I can perform to confirm it is working before loading it up for the dealer. I can hear the EPS when the key is turned on and I have no trouble codes. I also keep the battery fully charged with a tender.

I have tried to find videos of how easy the bars should turn, but have not found any. I did read where some do not get much assistance when parked, but when moving the EPS is fine.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

2007 outlander max 650

HI My name's Jessie I'm new to this. I have a 2007 outlander max 650 has about 6500kms. When I bought it the Guage cluster hardly worked. I bought a used one from same bike when I plugged it in my bike started and ran everything worked then I shut it off tried again now my bike won't start. If I unplug it and wait couple minutes then my bike will start. Any ideas what might be .

Help sportsman intermitingly backfires and stalls

I have a 2012 sportsman 800 and yesterday i went riding and it ran fine for the first 30mins. Then the quad started to backfire and stalling and the ingine light came on.
I tried several times to start it after ckecking the plugs and plug wires and it still was backfiring and stalling.
Then the next day it started up and ran perfect all day, the check ingine light even went away - i rode for 30miles. When we got back to camp i stopped riding for about 30mins and when i went to start the quad back up it once again started backfiring and stalling and the check ingine light came back on... any ideas as to what is going bad?
