Hello all,

I have an old polaris magnum 500 that was running great but the carburetor was leaking fuel, so I decided to purchase a carburetor kit.
The fuel leak is now stopped but my bike struggles to start now and if it does I have to hold the throttle in to keep it going the it eventually back fires.

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Eyeballed the new Defender XMR w/ the Smart-lok. Looks promising. Anyone have any further info on it? How it compares to the "old" Visco-lok? I'm betting that if it's successful it'll spread to other models over the next couple of years. 👍

I would normally replace the exhaust port gaskets when changing out the exhaust but tomorrow is a holiday here and all the Canam shops are closed..... so I can't buy any new gaskets. Has anyone ever reused their gaskets successfully or did it leave nasty exhaust leaks?

I bought this at from a deceased friends widow, he had taken the wires all off going to the solenoid because he was in process of changing it. So here I sit with a hand full of wires not knowing where they go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Solenoid has 2 big lugs over/under style then one little lug to the side. There's the big wire from battery to solenoid, big wire from solenoid to started, a small gray wire with a big end on it and a small red wire with little end on it

Just picked up a 425. Love it. Works great except while going in reverse. After putting it reverse it goes, but only at 1/3 speed. Almost chokes out if you throttle too much. Don't have that issue going in high or low.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I recently bought a 98 sportsman 500 with a plow and a winch for $125 that had been sitting for about three years. it was sitting because the guys dog was tied up by it and he decided to rip all the wiring, seat, hand grips and even the brake fluid reservoir off of it. upon replacing the handlebar switch i noticed that the wiring is not quite right. i was wondering if someone just had a picture of the terminal board with the wires correctly connected. thank you

Anybody know the part number for HD springs for my 2017 570? I'm not finding any info on them. I just got the Glacier Pro plow system today and I'm afraid I'm going to need to beef up the front. Thanks

Any tips or tricks for a 2008 Sportsman 400 HO to do a rad flush/fluid replacement. This one has the resevoir & rad capr easy access in the front are when you flip the front rack.

Ive never done it before and I know its way over its 2 year mark.

Will someone make it easy for me and tell me what filters, oil, and differential fluids I need for my 2016 850 scrambler and 2016 1k highlifter or point me in the right direction to find the info. I'd like to go to O'reilys or AutoZone for these and save some cash. Im tired of paying a premium taking my machines to the dealer for maintenance. Thank you!
