I have a 2016 850 xmr. I destroyed a cv joint on a rear axle. I'm in Canada and the dealer wants 630.00 for 1 axle. I'm looking for other online options. Are the xmr axles and regular 850 outlander axles the same? Any input? Thanks guys

Stiffen up stock rear suspension
Between the stuff I carry in my Wes Trunk and being a bigger guy my 2014 1000XT tends to sit a little lower in the back. I have the socks as stiff as they go but was looking to see what other people have done to help with the issue. besides all new shocks and the obvious option of losing weight (haha).
thanks in advance.

Glacier plow
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows what glacier plow system this is. I'm thinkingit's a G1. I bought a 2004 sportsman 700 with this plow but no mounting plate came with it and the plate is now discontinued. Any ideas what plow system this is and where I'd find a mounting plate. Thanks

2002 Sportsman 6×6 information source
I've been searching the internet trying to find a good source on the 2002 Polaris Sportsman 6x6. In particular, I'd like to find out what motors were offered during this time and if there were any problematic things about them to look out for. I found one near me for a good price and will be looking at it in the next day or so. I really don't know much about these though. The seller claims its an '02 and said the motor is a 660cc motor. From the pictures I can tell its an auto, but not much more other than being in good shape. All stickers have been removed.
Can anyone give me pointers on how to confirm the motor size visually and advise any areas I need to look at closely that these models were known to have issues in?
If not, can someone point me at least to a spec sheet for these years models so I can get a better idea if something bigger than the 500 was offered that year and package?

HMF full exhaust sportsman 1000 HL (fuel optimizer or no?)
I recently purchased a full exhaust from HMF and was wondering has anyone else put one on a sportsman highlifter 1000 model and is a fuel optimizer absolutely needed? The optimizers I find online are tuned for the sportsman 1000 but doesn't say anything about the highlifter models. Could the tune be different for the HL model? The tires are much bigger etc...
The reason I want to put it on is because mine overheats due to the exhaust heat so I'm going to thuroughly heat wrap the new exhaust to keep in the heat and push it out better. Optimizer or no?
