2010 XXC P0637 code, bikes dies

Hey guys,
I have a 2010 XXC, I have done some work on this over the last few weeks, cleaned around all the wires packed under the seat / gas tank etc. We went for a run and bike worked for a good hour. Started the bike with the lights on than turned the lights off and the bike died. Thought it was strange and started the bike with no issues and drove about 30min and the bike died in the middle of the trail. It flashed CHECK DPS and red check engine light came on than all power died. Tried to turn the bike on a bunch of times and no power to anything, 100% dead. Screwed around with all the wires and than jumped the stater solenoid with a screw driver and the bike turned over. I turned the keys on and still now power than jumped the solenoid again and the bike started and had power to everything than died right away. Jumped it again but had someone on the throttle and was able to keep it going. As soon as I let off the throttle and rpm went down the bike would die, zero idle. I was able to run the bike home without stopping while having the CHECK DPS and engine light on the whole time.

The next day I was able to start the bike and it would idle no problem but same error code and no PS. Ive dug around all these sites and found some good info, I found that the stator wires under the seat, one was almost broke, I fixed it. also found one power wire at the solenoid that was broken, I fixed that but still does not fix my problem. Greased all the connectors etc. Now with the bike running with the lights on and I turn them off the bike dies. this is where I am now. Still the P0637. I have a hard time thinking the PS box is toast with all the other issues going on. Hidden ground I am missing maybe???? Does the DPS need to be rest with BUDS?
only electrical upgrade I did was G2 tail lights wired into the stock plug. I have charged the battery on trickle charge also

CV-tech primary 2013 Outlander 400

My old clutch was trashed from some debris, the stock clutch was very noisy, I thought maybe it was the valves needing adjusting.

I only drove it a little with the stock clutch but it was topped out at 50 in high.

The cv tech is very quiet, I changed nothing, just bolted it on.

It starts to move the machine in low right at 1500rpm

Engine breaking seems the same maybe slightly better.

In low it runs right up to the limiter 8000rpm and about 38mph

In high it runs up to about 7000rpm then it's out of breath, it also hits right at 60mph. I'm pretty impressed that it picked up 10mph, heck I had a 570 Polaris that would only do 62. It definitely doesn't have the low end torque the 570 did but once its moving it felt pretty close.

I'm impressed so far, granted that's about 5 miles just driving around my house, I will post back after some trail and hill driving

Rack bag for 2018 450

After several years (17, to be exact) I finally bit the bullet and purchased up on a couple new ATVs. Ended up with 450 and 850 Sportsman.

The 450 is for my wife, and she'd like a soft bag for the front rack, which is different from the 850 rack, and far different from my 2001 500 Magnum.

What has anyone here on the board used for a front bag, and where did you get it?

thanks

bumper brackets

hi,
the brackets on my rear bumper failed. Any chance anyone knows of replacement brackets?
If not i can ask a welder/metal fabricator to see if he can do it reasonably.
the metal on those brackets, could have been a little beefier.
