This has been frustrating me beyond belief. I have a 2018 sportsman 570 and 450 sportsman. I am trying to put a 12 inch 75 watt light bar onto the quad. I have a fuse and a relay in the wiring harness. When I hook the light bar up to the atv battery, the led switch turns on but the light bar won’t turn on. Then I hook it up to a different battery, led switch light on and light bar on. I though it was a ground issue on the atv so I hooked the ground up to a different battery while the hot wire was in the atv battery and still nothing. Can anyone please help me???

''i was riding the other day and my speed on my speedometer quit working and was sitting at 0 mph, after about an hour it began working again for a short period of time and then once again quit ,.The rpm's and mileage continue to work its just the speed that keeps cutting out.Anyone have any tips or suggestions for me?

Hey guys I just got this installed tonight and would highly recommend it. It’s not very hard and makes a world of difference at night. I installed it just in time for hunting season. #rideon

So reading through these threads, I can't seem to find a fix that applies.

I turn the key, get the display lit up and hear the pump starting, leave for 30 seconds then continue to start and just hear a clicking sound. It sounds like its coming from the starter. I do get a check engine light once it fails to start. The error code is 0520193 FMI 7, which doesn't show in the user manual. The battery is good at 12.08v and the throttle doesn't appear to be stuck. I took off the front box and can't see any wires that are worn, or shorting out. Any ideas ?

Attached is the error code and the second pic, I wonder if the part with the red leads is the starter (under the front right fender) ?

Taking delivery of my 2019 850 XMR on Friday. Signed up here so I can read and learn more about the Outlanders.

Sold my Brute back in 2012 and finally getting back into the hobby / sport whatever you want to call it. Glad to be back and looking forward to meeting more awesome people out there.

i just bought a 2015 outlander 650 XT. my first ever can am. i order 1.5 wheel spacers 10x1.25 4x137 and they quite dont line up with my stock wheels. did i order the wrong ones?

Hoping for some input on my first atv purchase. im looking at polaris and have looked and a 600 that turned out to be a big mess. No deal then i looked at a 700 same thing so with my wife pushing me to buy new i steped up to this 2008 800 i found and am pretty interisted in it it has 2800 miles front rear bumpers and a winch i dont think has been used over all it looks good condition. They are asking 4600. Wondering if it is way out of line or in the right neighborhood? Thank you in advance for all input.

I have replaced the speedometer because the first one got water in it and fried. I’m guessing I need to flash the ecm because of new speedo, but any help on the other codes would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone I have a 2014 Outlander 650 xt. I am having a problem with my bike at top end. It seems to have good power low end but afte around 70km/h. It only picks up very slowly. And it's only reving around 6400 rpms. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it. I checked my belt and it looks good and I cleaned my clutches but still no difference
