Hi. I just bought a used 2013 Scrambler 850 XP with 950 miles on it, and I just discovered oil leak. I did some research and it looksl like it is small holes on top of the gear casing.
Right next to the holes I see the tag with the part number 1332848 on it.

Does not look good I must say - what can cause these holes?

Newbie here... Looking to buy a new ATV 2-Up and need help deciding between a 2019 Can-Am Outlander Max XT850 VS A Polaris Touring model 1000 2up
The Polaris will be a little cheaper due to incentives/promo's but I feel with the added benefits the Can-Am offers.. IE Winch, bumpers, handguards etc.
I'm leaning towards the Can-Am at this point.. I have been researching both models and just wanted some more information before I plunk down the Cash...
I realize this is a Can-Am Forum and I'm sure everybody will tell me to go Can-am.. Give me your thoughts on why the Can-am is the better way to go.. Will be
Riding in the Colorado High Country.. No mud just altitude via off road trails etc. Thanks

Hey Folks. I have to replace my Rad and saw this on eBay for $85.00.
They claim its better than OEM and will run cooler. (I have a rad relocation kit on my machine and after inspecting my rad it's just about done for.)
Need to order one asap. Thoughts?

I had been running 25” tires on 12” rims on my 2014 sportsman 570 efi for the first few years. This winter i bought 27” mega mayhems and 12” aluminum rims. I mounted them towards the end of winter. Had no belt issues while plowing with them a few times. Rode them twice at a mud/ trail event nearby with no problem.then last week i changed back to my older 25” grim reapers and took a ride on the trails i normally ride and took on water in the cvt housing, immediately drained the water as soon as i felt it slipping. After washing her i noticed the belt had slapped a hole in the outer cover. Is it possible that 27” tires stretched the belt and made it loosen up when i switched back to the 25’s. Anyone else ever had this problem?

One big issue with the atv is poor setup for fuel pump. plastic container pump is inclosed cracked causing loss of fuel press 459.00.

I got this atv and the owner did not have the oil pump hooked up but im not sure where on house goes end looks like this if anyone can help be great thanks

Just bought my first sportsman its an 07 800 x2 hope it wasnt a mistake. We will see will be looking for lots of help as i think the owner knew about the the issueni have found so far. Cracked clutch but new belt bad speedo causing light on gauge to flash cracken manifold. Got all that fixed but cant get the exhaust to quit glowing this bad. See post in sportman and reply with any suggestions. Auto mechanic running out of ideas.

I am having an issue with coolant leaking out the weep hole. I replaced the water pump seal and it still leaks. Could this just be an install error or is there possibly something more serious going on? Any help would be appreciated!

I have read and read posts about this. I have a 07 sportsman 800 x2 and the exhUst glows after 5 min of moderate riding arounf the neighborhood. Just got the bike and trying to fix things the last owner never did. Please see picture of plugs and exhaust. Before and after. Plugs with just a few miles on them swapped after i bought bike old ones looked good. Any help would be appericated my 4 year old and i just want to ride and afarid will damage something with how hot it is.

I have a 2008 Sportsman 800 EFI, i am getting it ready for hunting etc. When checking the lights i noticed that i have no brake lights when just the rear brake foot pedal is used but the brake lights are fine with the front brake lever applied. Is this normal????????

I see no switch or wiring coming off the pedal or rear MC. if the foot pedal doesn't activate the brake light ......The why???????
