Use for SAE Plug on Sportsman 570 info.

Wondering what folks run off the SAE plugs that come on the Polaris Sportsman’s?

I’ve never come across this style of plug before and would like to know if I could charge a second battery off it that stays in a toolbox’s mounted on the rear rack?
If that is possible what electrical items would I need to set it up?

High rpms in low gear?

I have a 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500 that at around 25-30 mph I’m already doing 5000 rpms! It takes about 1500-2000 rpms just to get the damn thing moving. The idle is fine, everything seems normal except that the shifter has a lot of play to it. My dad did actually break the pin connecting the shifter lever to the shifting mechanism there and jerry rigged it a little but it was fine after he did it for a while. He did that this winter and it was fine until about a week or 2 ago. Also when I get up to high speeds to quick it kinda just cuts out for a second then comes back on but sounds like it’s about to blow up (probably too high of rpms)

Any ideas? Belt Slipping?

Shear output shaft on trans

I have a 2000 scrambler 500 4x4 that runs like a top but the transmission took a serious blow. not exactly sure what happened but I was railin the throttle up a pretty nasty hill climb in 2wd, chain came off and I went ape sh@#$!! Bout rolled it down the hill... hoping the chain just came off but the small sprocket on the shaft coming out of the trans was gone, as well as the shaft it attaches to. Sheared the shaft off flush with the case..pretty wild break if u ask me! Does anyone have any idea how this could have happened and maby where to get transmission parts or have any advise on diving into this case. I'm a virgin don't wanna mess nuthin up any worse than it is maby I outta buy a new/ used one idk. Any feedback greatly appreciated

Sportsman 700 EFI running on 1 cyl when warm

My daughters 2006 sportsman 700 efi only has 800 km on it and is like new but when the engine gets warm it will run only on 1 cyl but once it cools off it runs fine again, your help would be appreciated very much

2016 850 crank but won’t start

So my last ride I had the throttle stick wide open! I used the kill switch to shut dwn the machine to a rolling stop. The throttle still stuck attempted to restart the machine with zero luck! The machine was towed back in “N”

The stuck throttle cable is resolved but the machine still won’t start......here is what I know so far!
Has spark
Getting fuel
Timing is correct
Fuse are good
Throttle body appears fully closed (some say it should be fully closed other say it shouldn’t be fully closed?!?!)
TPS - was reset in BUDS
In BUDS - no error codes listed
Crank sensor is ohm out at .925 Manuel states 700-900 (possibly bad?!?) however it doesn’t throw a error code in BUDS when unplugged?!?!

ANY THOUGHTS or SUGGESTIONS !?!?!

I picked up a 2015 outlander 500 max xt dsp with 1000 1000 miles. Looks great couple little dings but nothing too crazy.
Now let some easy mods begin.
Im in manitoba hopefully some of yall are to.

Light bar

Looking for ideas or examples on where to mount a led light bar on my base 570. I don't have a push bumper and wasn't really planning on getting one unless I liked something I see. Also don't really want to mount it up on the front storage lid like I've seen some do, any input would be helpful thanks!
