Renegade suspension adjustment

I want to stiffen my rear suspension on my 07 renegade 800 but the adjustment bit isn't moving, even with a spring clamp. Does anyone have any advice on how to sort this out?

Hi-temp/limp mode/coolant overflowing

Went riding this past Wednesday and my 2015 renegade 500 started to give me the hi-temp/limp mode home message. As well as coolant over flow. However I just replaced the coolant in February before going down to the Hatfield&McCoy trails and the thing ran fine down there for 3 days of straight riding. But now on a day trip of riding for maybe 4 hours it starts to overheat? Radiator is not clogged either. I haven’t heard the fan kick on either. Don’t know if that is why it is overheating.
I should add that this is my girlfriend bike and she is the only one that rides and but when it started over heating I was the one riding it and I was pushing the bike a lot harder than she does but I don’t think that’s why it started over heating. Plus she was riding it earlier in the day anyways. It just happened out of no where. I don’t see coolant leaking from anywhere other than the overflow hose either. Need help please!!

Removing oil/gas section on 1986

Hi - just starting to rehab an old 1986 trail boss 250 I just picked up. I haven’t worked on Polaris atvs before and I’d like to take off the engine, clean carb, etc. I’ve removed most of the necessary outer parts and I’m left with the oil/gas section to remove. I got all the bolts off except the 2 in the front that are incredibly difficult to get to. However I am able to turn them and turn them and turn them. The section loosened up a lot but seems there is a nut underneath the section that I will need to hold to get these final 2 front bolts off.

I looked at the 1985-1999 service manual but it isn’t showing the same setup that I have. There are no “tabs” and the headlight is connected above the handlebar instead of this section I’m trying to remove.

Anyone know the trick to getting this section off?

Intermittent EPS loss??

Greetings friends..
My 2016 1000k has a loss of EPS at speeds over 30mph and usually during rough terrain. The illuminating idiot light and steering loss only lasts 2-3 seconds. I tried powering off all electronics nav, lights, etc. but no dice. I do have the oversized battery in the machine, from a polaris ranger.
In my searches I found many had a relay issue, dirty or loose.. my fuse box is dry n clean, prongs on relay look factory clean. Is there something that I’m overlooking here?
Thank you

Polaris models with filtered clutches?

Do any Polaris machines have filters on the air intake for the clutch housing?
I have a couple of 570 Sportsmans, and at just over 1k miles the primary and secondary clutches need rebuilt. The dealer said it's because of the dust. But they say it can't be filtered because of heat issues. But someone told me that Razors have filters?
And of course, all the failed parts are wearable items, so my extended warranties are worthless.
This is just a BS design flaw that they're blaming on the riders. They say I have to have it "serviced" more often than 500 miles. So, if thats true, I've concluded the Sportsman 570 is a straight piece of crap, and if Polaris knows this is a problem then they too, are pieces of crap.
