So, I have a 2012 outlander xmr. Noticed the front diff starting to weep a little bit around the input side of the drive shaft. I got the new seal and the speedy sleeve. My question is does the speedy sleeve simply go on OVER the wear ring or do I need to remove it prior to installing the speedy sleeve. Forgive me if this is a dumb question. Thanks

So my front diff. gearbox seems to leak out the input shaft seal after I run it in 4x4. I developed a small puddle after plowing snow this past winter. After that I was able to plow the rest of the year while leaving it in 2 wheel.The input shaft seems to have a lot of wobble to it! So now I'm looking to rebuild the front diff. is there any rebuild kits available that are beefier than stock. I bought my 2015 used with low miles,but the previous owner ran it through a lot of swampy stuff ,so I think he may have abused the 4x4 while trying to get through some thick stuff! Any advise will be appreciated!

I need to replace the front shocks on my 1996 express 400. I’ve looked at the elka’s website. It appears they don’t have what I need. I also have a 2015 etx. The shocks on it look very similar. Might there be a shock from another model that will work for me.

Hi I got a 2010 polaris ranger 800 xp. Recently purchased and started to go through the machine doing a full service. starts hard doesn't idle well (has new fuel pump) correct pressure ,cleaned the mass air flow sensor ,had black oily film on it
Compression test shows 165psi in both cylinders uses a small amount of oil like 8-10 ounces in 40 hours of hard use , puffs a little upon start up. top end has wicked rattle/ tick. I'd say it's equivalent to a 7.3 powerstroke on the obnoxious level

I assume it got hot at some point due to low fuel pressure (lean) exhaust manifold was cracked Machine runs great if u start it with a little throttle then it will stay running and has a lot of power. The top end gets quiet at high rpms. If anyone has any ideas any help greatly appreciated Thank you

I have a 2006 500 efi, I cannot lock down a good file mileage number? I seem to go from full on the gauge to empty with no movement. I will ride a days worth of trails 25-40 miles and have to add approx 3 gallons with no movement on the gauge. I'm thinking the float needs cleaned? or any info you all may have would be greatly appreciated. Also what are thoughts on adding some injector cleaner to these systems? Lastly has anyone changed out a rear cv axle? I demolished one on a trip to Hatfield last week and got a replacement from Sixity just wondering how terrible or not it is to knock out.
