Hey All, Just a small introduction about myself.

This is the first time I have ever worked on a 4 wheeler. Normally, I work on small engines such as 2 stroke trimmers, tillers, tractors...you know what I mean....This magnum 330 is for a customer that is my eyes has abused this machine to have this many things wrong with it...:eek Anyway I posted the same question under hard shifting issues. Any assistance would be most helpful. I don't have any idea where the Vin is located at. I've washed the ATV and looked all over the frame.

Added winch paper work said to hook up the solenoid to hot wire that has voltage with the key on can’t find one that keeps the volts with the key on only with it off Kolpin 2500 lbs winch

Having a problem with my 2018 sportsman 570 eps blowing eps fuses does anyone have any ideas

My boy has a 2010 DS90X and after the rebuild we are noticing a lot of oil blowing out of the breather vent. The vent comes off the drivers side of the head and normally goes to an air injection pod. We removed it years ago along with grinding off and welding shut the port on the exhaust. Now the tube from the port on the head straight up to a regular breather vent that is attached inside the left front tire. The engine at high rpm blew oil out and covered the inside of the wheel well and all over the side of the engine. I checked the dipstick before we left and it was full. About 2 hours of riding and I noticed it was down 3/4 way on the dip stick. After riding it was off the end but I can still see a little looking in the oil hole. The engine has good power and starts well. Any idea what could be causing this much pressure or oil leakage at this location?

Looking for some direction on a 2017 Cam Am XMR 650. I purchased a Kimpex Nomad box and I have no idea how to mount it in the plastic rack. Also the fender protectors and foot pegs kit. Does any one have a video or pictures of how to attached all this? Thanks

has anyone changed there exhaust from a duel to a single just wondering if its gonna hurt it or will i lose hp

My 4wd will not engage. Last night i pulled the driverside (left if your on it) hub apart. Found metal shavings in the oil. Yanked the hub, all bearings look good, but the hub clutch has gouges around the backside, however, all seemed to be working properly with the clutch itself.

However, the armature plate doesnt fit super tight into the slots, how tight should it fit into it?

Secondly, how hard should the armature plate stick to the magnet? It stuck but i was still able to peel it off by hand.

The passenger side isnt working either, at all, havent tore into that yet.

However, my speedo and AWD light is working, so i wouldnt think its electrical? But maybe? Ive been reading and reading and still cant really figure out WTF to check.

Im to the point of rebuilding both sets of hubs, but i dont wanna spend 200 bucks doing that if its a friggin wire somewhere.

When plowing snow with my Can Am 2012 1000 and using the Winch and lights . Like I always do with no problem .but this time the bike stopped I took it to the dealer . And all the fuses under the seat were blown and the fuse box was melted . The said I was using to much power . But I used the Winch and lights ever since I had it new with no problem . I wander if this will happen again I just put a new battery in the ATV . But no sure if it will let me down when I,am in the woods any Info. Would be helpful thanks .
