Just bought my first ATV a2007 outlander 500 2up

Of course it happened at the most in opportune time. Slid out of some snow tracks and onto the side of the trail which dropped off. When I went to winch up the winch wouldn't pull out. Luckily one of my buddies was able to maneuver around to winch me out but it sure would've been easier on my own.
So then I get back to the garage and when I test I hear a click but it won't go out and the lights lose a little bit of brightness. What is super weird though is that I can't turn the freespool knob at all. It is stuck good. Any suggestions?

I'm replacing the outer CV Joint on my 2005 Sportsman. I have the axel hanging free (tied up) pulled the boot back and cleaned the grease away and fond the clip. Can move the clip. Tried putting a pipe wrench loosely around the shaft and hammering in it, but will not come off. Any ideas that might help me. Thanks John

Hi guys, new to the forum here. Looking forward to read a lot and learn from you all about this machines.
I own a 2017 Oulander Max 570 XT. Bought it new about a year ago.
My dad also bought a 2016 Arctic Cat Alterra 550 XT the same day I bought mine. He got a good deal on that left over.
Both machines have been a great experience and a lot of fun...
I've been using it all year round, at home and we took them out for a bit of trail fun as well.
For snow plowing I've used both and they both do a great job. I have a Moose plow and at first I was snapping the winch lines on both ATVs... one syn. and the other metal. I ordered the pulley kit Moose offers for the plow and problem solved, never again snapped a winch line.

Anyways... here's a few pics of both ATVs...



This is from this past weekend's trip to Lost Trails ATV park in PA.

Had a mice problem and they seemed to make nests everywhere they could find a spot. i took it to a dealer for a tuneup to clear the nests in the drive belt/clutch area and to find a leak i had on one of the lines. also had a whistling noise coming when i accelerated so they told me the urine from the mice got onto one of the clutches and thats where the noise was coming from so they sanded it downand said everything was good. well im still having the same noise do you guys think its the belt that needs to be changed maybe it did something to the belt aswell. any answers would be appreciated.

Hey guys, new here and new to quads, came over from the world of amphib 6x6s, dont shoot me...lol

But anyways i bought a 2001 Sportsman 500 H.O and im trying to figure out 3 things...

1- What is the capacity/fill procedure for trans fluid?
2- What is the capacity/fill procedure for the front hubs?
3- The rear diff/drive is lubed by the trans correct? It doesnt require seperate fluid?

Hi everyone!
Is there any of you have the SYA warriors snorkel with a rad relocation in place? On the SYA web site they only show one without the rad relocate!
I was wondering if they fit when you have a rad relocate, it seems tight but not sure? If anyone of you out there as a rad relocate and the warriors snorkel I would like to see some pictures! I am thinking about it. Ho yeah and this is for a G2 outlander mine is a 2017 1000R with BRP rad kit.
