Fuel Issues?

Hey there.
Ive just recently purchased a 2005 Sportsman 800 and my first ride on it after going for about an hour and a half/ two hours the quad bogged down and died on me. It would restart but would only idle for a limited time( a minute or less) before dying again. If i let it sit long enough it went back to work fine. Im assuming its something to do with the fuel pump but im unsure. Sorry if im beating a dead horse here, first time on anything bigger than a 450 foreman. Any help or insight is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Soundbar mounted to handlebars?

I have a 2018 renegade xmr 1000 and I’m looking to mount my Wet Sounds stealth 6 soundbar to my handlebars because I don’t have another place I can mount it to right now. If anyone has theirs mounted to their handlebars, can you tell me the hardware you used to mount it?

Can’t find parts for my 2016 Outlander Max 850 XT

I was looking for a Canadian parts suppliers for my 2016 Outlander Max 850 XT.

I was given, partscanada, kimpex, atvpartsonline.

The only place that seems to have everything (bearings, spark plugs, filters, etc....) is Fortnine.
BUT !!!!!! I have a major problem !!

Everytime I try an item, I always get '' this item does not fit ''.
If I try the '' view products that fit '' option, I get back to the main page that shows a few items like batteries, a few filters and wheel lug nuts.

I have set up '' my garage '' with my ATV's model first.

Impossible !!
What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks again for your help

Fan running constantly and check engine light

My problem is that I have the check engine light and blink code 42. I have replaced the water temperature sensor but that had no effect. The fan starts running as soon as the engine starts even when it is cold. What should I check next?

Back in the Game.

Been awhile since I had a 4-wheeler. Been involved in other activities such as Fishing, Hunting, Riding my Harley. Wanted to get another 4-wheeler to Ride with my SIL, Daughter and Grandkids.

Found a nice barely used 2007 Sportsman 700 EFI and brought her home.

First question, I put 87 Regular Gas in it (after draining the tank dry-Bike had been sitting for 3 years) and it seems to ping-knock some. Manual says 87 min. Should I go to a higher Octane? if so what?

87 is the ONLY non-ethanol gas around here.

I have stripped her down to the motor and frame and went over everything. All new Polaris fluids and lubed all the points I could find. Fixed a couple of shorts that I found. This Forum has been really helpful in searching for answers, so figured might as well join.

Next step is dealing with the idle. Running about 780 now. I have read where a dirty TB could be the problem and one of the things I found was the original owner had put a K&N filter on it and had pulled the connecting hose loose (partly) from the TB Entrance-- so it was sucking dust straight in. I will pull that off today and clean the TB and check the Sensor Connection as well.

As soon as I'm done I'll get a pic up.
