Replacement brake lever

I am looking for a replacement left brake lever for my wife’s 2015 outlander l 450.
The stock lever is a very wide reach and since she has small hands it is difficult and tiring for her. Anyone switch out their lever with one that is either adjustable or closer to the handlebar? Thanks

02 sportsman 90 suggestions please

So i bought an 02 sportsman 90 for $500 that looks great and seemed to be running ok enough. Put a new carb on it and an ebay cvt replacement kit, along with new plug, filters etc. It starts with the electric start sub .5 seconds, idles perfectly and runs AMAZINGLY.

Here's the rub, after half an hour to an hour of running it'll stall when you let it idle a moment changing riders and it will not restart until it's cooled down an hour or so. For additional info, even it's it has been running perfectly, if you turn it off yourself and try to restart it a few minutes later (bathroom break, drink whatever) it'll not restart until cooled.

A friend of mine mentioned an electronic choke or ecu change...I don't want to just randomly start replacing parts. Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Phoenix 200- no shift- pulled wrong plug

I have a 2010 Phoenix 200. I pulled the wrong plug while changing fluids. The plug I pulled is on the bottom of the trans. It is a 12mm hex key and when i pulled it out a check ball and a spring came with it. It shifted fine before the fluid change, and now it will not shift out of neutral. This is a customers atv so I am screwed if I can’t figure this out. Thank you In Advance...

New axle torque question sportsman 850

OK so I'm actually in the middle of doing my axles and I've Googled the torque spec for the hub retaining bolt which from multiple sources say 80ft lbs. Ok, when I tighten it down that much, the hub doesn't spin .... like at all. I just want to make sure I'm doing this right? If others have similar experiences ect?

Tire size options!!

Just curious... I have a 2011 400 HO sportsman. I'm looking to buy new tires. Stock tires are 25 x 8-10 and 25 x 10-12. I can fit 27" tires on the atv but going with a tire that size.... could anything negative happen to my atv? Thanks in advance!!

Rim for what? 12×6 2+4 bolt about 183

27.5 Growlers on stock rims

They're a little close on the rear but fit like a glove. If I had it to do over I'd probably just go with 26.5's since they do rub the flares slightly on high speed whoops but not enough to worry about. I now have around 14" of ground clearance so I'm happy. It'll climb anything you point it at if you do your part. Still can't get the pics off this crazy IPhone to come out right though lol. :dunno:

Hi from Eastern Washington

Hi everyone. I just picked up a 2014 Sportsman 850 HO XP, so will be looking forward to help from time to time.

It is in like new condition, with 450 miles and 83 hours. I plan on giving it the 100hr maintenance (changing all fluids etc. as it is almost 4-years old and time anyway. Anything else I should check? I dont really want to pull the cover and inspect the belt, but tell me if you think that to be unwise.

Future upgrades: Winch (any recommendations?); Bighorn tires

Anyway, it's good to be here!

Mr rpm maverick heads

What's everyone's real world opinion on his maverick heads?
Are they worth it or is it better to try to source some OEM maverick heads?
