I just got the 2018 XMR 850 and i know from owning the 16 650 XMR that the seals go after 1500KM or so. Just wondering if there is an aftermarket seal kit that would stop this from happening? If I could avoid water getting in now for a few 100 bucks it would be worth it!
Picking up my new machine in a few days
Figured I would throw a thread up in anticipation of picking up my new machine! I'm picking up an 18 1000 XP on Saturday for myself and a 570 SP for my wife!
I'm coming of a Raptor 700R that I rode for the last 10 years or so, loved it and will miss it, but was tired of going on ling rides and being the only one on a shift sport machine getting beat up the whole time! My wife had an old Sportsman 400ho, that we sold in favor of a Renegade 800R.
Loved the performance of the Renegade, but it was too much for her, and being almost 10 years old I figured we would get rid of it while its worth something.
I originally wanted a Scrambler for the speed junky in me, but after some soul searching (my wide said I didn't need it:devil) I decided the Sportsman gave me the best of both worlds.
I have already upgraded the wheels and tires on the 1000, I'll see how my wife like the 570 as is and upgrade that as needed.
I am having the winch mounted and i think I'm sold on Guru bumpers for both machines. I'm sure I'll some questions and need advice int he future, but in the mean time I'm looking forward to picking them up and the first ride!!

Engine repair on a 2002 sportsman 700 and rear diff repair on a 2011 sportsman 800 efi
My 2002 sportsman 700 has only 40 psi of compression was driving through a water hole when it just lost power and died didn't get water in carb water was right under it tho and the 2011 sportsman 800 is making a lot of loud clanking when driving from the rear end when in reverse mainly it will bog down then make a loud ping noise then start to move almost like something is jammed in the gears, also it has jumped out of gear once while riding at around 40 mph the CV joints in the back have a lot of movement in them was wondering where to start with them I don't know what to try to figure out the problem

I need help finding a replacement Trail Buck 650 ex tail light Lens. I can find a part number or even a number in schematic. Anyone know if there what fits it? Or a part number?
