Tough start to my first Polaris experience. Dealer sells me a wheel tire package and one hour onto my first ride and one tire turns out to have an issue. It won't seal and hold air. So now as I am loading up for an all day ride tomorrow with my boys I start the machine just to find gas pouring put the bottom. Only 4 hrs on the thing at this point. A few minutes of looking finds fuel spraying out at the top of the tank. I can't tell if this is the fitting or something else right there. Has anyone else had this issue?

Had a freak accident and was trying to think of ways to prevent it from happening again.

A trail I normally ride on was blocked by a huge fallen tree. I was going around the tree and a vine grabbed my thumb throttle.
I took off like a rocket plowing through brush until I ran up a tree sideways and it flipped me.
Broke several ribs, banged up both legs and bruised me up pretty bad.

I understand if I was more careful this should not happen. BUT it did and I've been out of commission for close to a week. Highliter is unscathed.

I'm installing a lanyard kill switch and was curious if they make a bar that would block the throttle. Friend of mine installed a twist throttle on his but I don't like that idea.

Any ideas? Anyone else had this happen??

So was able to finally take it out my Polaris today, Its been a couple of weeks since i have taken it out. We drove 62 miles today round Trip. Hid's are still working.

I have a 2008 Sportsman 90 and hav some questions about fixing my issue. I have some pics attached.

I noticed that the screw that goes into the brake lever with that piece that attaches the two cables is stripped and turns freely. The lever is now loose and dont apply any brakes at all. Question is to buy a whole new set up or just buy the lever by itself and screw that piece in?

How tight you could go with that screw into the lever? Would hate to stripped the threads in the lever again.

So I have a can am flex plow and my push frame is bent. The reason I know this is because my shoes no longer sit flat on the ground. So I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they did to solve it and make it stronger. I do have the extension because of tracks.

I was just cruising down a trail today and the bike started steering horribly. Took a look and the axle is broken on the end by the wheel. Happened outta nowhere and was just going maybe 15 or 20 mph down a flat trail. What axles you guys runnin? I seem em from $69 to almost $300. I'm really contemplating just buying two of the $69 ones

Like title says , looking for a decent shape transmission for my 02 700. Please let me know if you have one and price.

I'm sure this has been gone over a couple times before but I have a question about the grease everyone is using. The manual is a little confusing with 3 kinds of grease and my dealer says just use XPS suspension grease for everything including the prop shaft. Wouldn't mind getting something without having to do a dealer, it is a bit of a run. Any recommendations? It is a 2017 outlander xtp 850.
