Hey guys I know there is a lot of info out there on wheels and spacers but I am more confused now than when I started. I bought an 05 Sportsman 700 and I need to replace the tires. Not liking the chrome looking steel wheels it came with Im just looking for a wheel tire combo I can slap on. I found a newer set of wheels and was wondering what it would take to make them fit on my machine? Ive read about spacers and longer studs. It would be awesome if one of you could give me solid answer on these. Any help would be great and this forum is awesome!
Apparently a Few YXZ1000R’s Showed Up To Camp RZR

While Camp RZR west is probably the largest single gathering of UTV enthusiasts anywhere in the country, ATV and UTV fans have been congregating at the Sand Toy Capitol of the World over Halloween weekend for years. Apparently someone arranged some sort of get together for YXZ1000 owners over the weekend as well. A post shared […] more
2002 Sportsman 500- Running Super Rich!
Hello everyone,
I have a 2002 sportsman 500 that is burning super rich and blowing black smoke when I give it gas. It smokes quite a bit at idle too, I've been chasing this problem for months now... This isn't my first rodeo and I've tried just about everything I can think of.
I pulled the carb and put a rebuilt kit in it, cleaned it, checked all seals, float, fuel/air mixture screw and jets. I have the fuel/air mixture screw 1.5 turns out. The ATV keeps fowling plugs but runs good at high rpm and higher speeds but sputters a lot of low speeds. It idles fine but smokes. and as soon as you give it gas when in gear it sputters. The choke functions properly and the float and needle all are adjusted correctly.
It has a new air filter, new fuel, and a carb rebuild kit in it. I have pulled the carb at least 6-7 times... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hoping its not an exhaust lobe on the CAM....

Wheel spacer for 850SP?
I had 2" offset rims on my 570 and loved the extra stability in the turns, made drifting around corners at higher speeds a lot safer, felt more planted and less "tip happy"...
For the 570, it was cheap to pick up a set of black, ITP steel 12" rims for like $36 each. I can't find cheap offset rims like that for the 14" size for this quad, and I don't want to spend a ton of money on "blingy" rims for something that's going to be going through mud and rocks... makes no sense to me...
So, I guess that spacers are the way to go. Want them 1.5-2" per side. Looking for something fairly cheap, that works well.
Are the front and rear the same, or are they front and rear specific?
What ones do you guys recommend, that comes with everything I will need, just bolt it up and go?

new tire info
hey
well another question for ya guys
on my 2006 sportsman 500 efi the tires are original and even though tones of threads left can see some weathering on them. before I have no choice I'd like to look at some options so when I'm ready to get new tires I at least know what direction to go.
this is a pic of my atv. 26x9x12 F
26x12x12 R
ITP mud lite 6ply
is what is on it now dot's 2007
I'm not going to be doing anything crazy off road nor tons of mudding if any. to lazy to clean...lol
but similar grip and would it be possible to change up the width maybe alittle wider?
don't want to go crazy with pricing either as I'm mainly using for work around house.
free shipping to ontario canada would be nice aswell for online purchases
thanks
Glenn

Reading spark plugs?
Is this a good first step in detecting fueling issues?
Are plugs on 4-strokes slower to respond to changes than 2-strokers?
What are the proper colours and what to watch for?
thanks

Stranger Things: Modded Monday

What may at first appear to be some sort of a garage built hybrid, pieced together with spare parts from multiple different machines is in fact a conversion kit designed to transform Honda’s popular 350X trike into a four wheeler. This particular one belongs to a guy named Boone Daughdrill who in addition to restoring […] more
