I recently tried to replace the starter solenoid on my 2004 sportsman 600 twin. The machine won't start and the solenoid isn't clicking when I turn the key, so I think I may have wired it wrong when replacing it. I believe I have the large wires running correctly from battery and to starter, but there are several other wires I'm not sure of. Two brown wires and one green wire also run to the solenoid. One is a ground I believe. where do they go?
(Question) 2012 850 Touring EPS cluster swap
Hello, im new here and just curious before i buy this. I have a 2012 850 touring edition with the regular speedo.

And yes, i just did a fresh service on it. They changed the oil before i got it, but i did front diff, front res, rear diff, and transmision gearcase.
As well as lower ball joints.... New rear wheel bearings, New 20amp fan circuit breaker, new brake pads (twice now) got Race Driven severe duties this time!
So far its holding up to its polaris name :crying, even tried to melt the plastic on the right side heat shield!
Anyways a guy on facebook has a wrecked XP with the digital display. This is plug and play right? Not really worried about the mileage matching
Everything seems the same just made to support a circle not the square.

I got my 4 wheeler about 2 months ago and the first week i had it a stick fell and cracked my lense plastic...

2000 Sportsman 500 4wd coil
Ok I looked around online and everyone seems to have the opposite problem of my problem. I have a 2000 sportsman the the front left 4wd coil is magnetized all the time. I tore the hub apart and have the coil unplugged so it's not getting any power from anywhere. The coil is magnetized it's weaker than when you give it 12v but enough to hold small bits from a screwdriver etc to it and make the bike pull to one side when in 2wd. My question is, is there a way to demagnetized the coil when it is without power or am I stuck buying another coil?
The bearings, roller cage and armature plate all looked good when I tore it apart and the fluid didn't look terrible either. it's had regular fluid changes it's whole life.
thanks for any help.

This Kid is Going Places + Video

We’re not too sure of his age but we think it’s safe to say this is one of the youngest ATV stunters we’ve seen to date. He’s definitely got skills. Maybe we’ll see him riding with the Kangaroo Kid one day? A post shared by Bikelife 🆔🆎 😘10/4/16♥️ (@basslo3r) on Jul 25, 2017 at 9:25am […] more
Any must do mods for the 17 Sporty 850 SP?
Got the Pursuit camo version... wanted more power than my 570, new body style and EPS, so Pulled the trigger and found a brand new one for $9500 out the door.
Haven't ridden it yet, probably on Sunday. Any things to look out for? I mainly trail ride, some mud but nothing crazy. Going to Hatfield McCoy in November...
Need to get the Polaris 3500lbs synthetic winch, which I just ordered for $329 including taxes, should be here next week. This one is plug and play I believe? Unlike the one I had on my 570...
The stock tires, I am not crazy about. I think they are 2 ply I read?
They are 26's, but I am considering a set of 27's... shouldn't need a reclutch with this much power. My thought it to go to 27's, and do 11" on the back and 9" on the front. Might slow down the power steering a tad at higher speeds?
I put the front and rear shocks from the softest positions, to the middle position of the adjustment range... I am 250lbs, but don't want them crazy stiff or to have the quad standing on its tip toes and make it more top heavy...
I had 2" offset rims on the 570 and I liked that wider stance, but this one seems almost the same width as the offset 570. Is that correct?
Am I missing anything else?
I don't plan to bury it in mud, but I do aggressive trail riding and there is some occasional mod and ruts...
Suggestions?

Scrambler 1000 Rear Diff
Will this be a direct bolt on the our 570's? I see one in my area on offer up for a steal, this would be an obvious upgrade but only it it fits
2011 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI ENGINE
I am looking for a place to get an engine for my wheeler. I would prefer a used engine but willing to look at getting a remanufactured or rebuilt. If anyone has a crashed wheeler with a good engine I will purchase the engine. The following models have the engine I am looking for. I contacted Polaris and they want $4,700 for a new engine but I paid $4,400 for the wheeler.

I noticed that my rear rh CV Boot is ripped open. Can this be replaced or do I have to replace the axle? Thanks in advance.
