Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums.
My son and I have started working on a project. We have decided to build a custom kids mud machine that we have named Micro Mudder. We started with a used 2010 polaris sportsman 90.

Stage 1 has been completed. (Details below)

After installing all the parts for stage 1 we took a trip to Busco Beach ATV Park for research and development lol to make sure everything was going to function correctly. All in all it worked amazing!

Stage 1 (Completed)
Hmf performance exhaust
Aluminum 10 x 5 Douglas wheels
22-7-10 front 22-8-10 rear
Itp mudlites
Front oem brush bar
Rear oem rack extension

Next stage 2 we plan to install

Snorkel and performance air filter
Lighting l.e.d light bar and whip
Also looking into clutching and big bore kit
Lift kit

Stage 3 the plan is to

complete tear down to be sent for powder coating and Hydro dipping and then reassembling

I sold my 2011 Polaris Sportsman 850 XP Limited and still have new in the packaging and never opened/ 1-Set of OEM SNO-WHITE Handguards & Mounts which fit most Sportsman Models and Scramblers so check the part #'s to confirm before you purchase. Also Brand New in the packaging is the 2009-2011 850 OEM Breather Kit-Which is the remedy for ***Oil in the Airbox*** The handguards them selves retail for $29.99 plus shipping and the mounts retail for $29.99 plus the shipping but I'd take only $55.00 for both the mounts and hand-guards shipped to your door!!! The OEM Breather-Oil in the Airbox kit retails for $74.99 plus shipping but I'd take only $65.00 shipped to your door for it and anyone using paypal will have to cover the fees or simply send the funds to Family & Friends please,thnx again!!!

Hello I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if someone had had the same issue as me. I pulled my fly wheel as to my Bike wouldn't start. I noticed that my flywheel key was sheared and the slot the key rides in on the flywheel was damaged and now the flywheel needs replaced. They are pretty costly and the pics they show doesn't look like they come with the magnets already glued in. My question is has anyone ordered a new one and if so do they come with magnets installed. Or does someone know if an aftermarket flywheel is available some where? The ones on eBay look like they are in rough shape used but they do have magnets installed. The new ones are like 400$ and don't look like magnets are installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!!
