DIY Passenger Seat. Boat seat/2 ammo cans mounted on a board mounted with clevis pins for quick removal.

I was riding my 850 last weekend up in northern Michigan. I noticed that it started to smoke out the exhaust. I checked the oil and it was 1qt low. I added a quart to it and within 10 miles that quart was gone! I am thinking I need a engine rebuild. I'm not that good with motors so I was thinking of just swapping that one out for another one. Does anyone know where I can locate an engine?

While driving my 6x6 yesterday I checked my oil and it was overfull and bubbly, it looked almost like water bubbles. When I got back to camp I changed the oil, saw 1 drop of water in the oil, and when I inspected the filter in the pleats it had little droplets of water in some of the pleats. It is not antifreeze. And the oil does not appear to be mixing with water. Today when I checked it, it was high again and appeared to be bubbly again. Trying to figure out where the water may be coming from. The only thing that we can think is maybe condensation in the engine. Any idea's???

We have 2 550 Sportsman 550's. Both are low hour machines. One has had a fuel pump fail 3 times. The other machine is still on the original. Any ideas why the failures? Thanks

Hey i have a 2005 ds650 that i didnt start for about 8 months. I knew my sprag clutch was bad so i went ahaead and replaced that. I installed a new battery and now the quad doesnt want to turn over. When the start button is pressed, it makes one click from the battery area or a little squeak and thats all. What could be wrong here?

I put a new belt on tonight after 13 years with the original..haha..only 84 hours since new and 1000 miles..belt still looked great..anyway..got old one off and blew out both clutches and sprayed brake clean on clutch faces..new belt on and now the quad moves in gear and I can't shift into any gear while running..do I need to get the belt down into the secondary more? I kinda forced it on which didn't help. I read about a one way bearing in there? Quad runs and drives great overall. Thanks guys for any help..

Looking for an owners manual, repair manual and exhaust.
Picked up this lil devin very cheap but it screams like a banshee in heat when I run it down my deer trails. I hate loud. Any suggestions for the stock exhaust or refits?:devil
