i have a 450 with a bumper and winch installed by the dealer the fill plug for the front gearcase is blocked by some strut?? do I need to remove the bumper and winch to get to the filler plug to do my service or is there some other way to do this

Has been on trickle charger all winter took out today turned key and no neutral night or power to speedo. Assumed dead battery but decided to pull cord and started up. Turned key to off position and kept running. Fooled with key a bit and got power and neutral light then going over bump when out again. Seems like a loose connection, short or something trying to understand want to check, thanks.

Last week my starter broke off. Now i haw to take off all variator to drill new bolts. But I can't take off primary cluch. What is thred size? 3/4 bolt is to big. I live on EU, so i can bay only metric bolts, so I need to order bolt on workshop.:(

Just bought a brand new 450 in green. Ive noticed the paint in the area of where my legs rub on the sides has easily scratched. Very light surface scratches that I cant remove with anything ive tried. I cant believe how easy the plastic scratches!

Anyways, anyone have any ideas how to remove these? What products I cam use?

Hey guys. I just got a 2019 450ho. Looking at getting a winch. Was thinking of the super winch LT3000. Anythoughts on this model?

Also is there anything else i would need to install this on my atv?

I have a 2015 etx and when I’m riding trails and let off the throttle there is a clicking that come from under the seat...almost sounds like a u-joint ... I have 1100 miles on it.. anyone have any ideas... thanks

Don't ride alone, not safe, get with me and i'll ride/camp with you, preferably over 50 to have more in common. Been riding/camping up north Michigan, since 86 with kids and friends, and presently my best trail buddies, live in Ohio, and Indiana, and they also love our northern trails/campgrounds/towns/diners, pubs, lakes, fresh air! AND SAND....hundreds of miles of this clean golden, Michigan gift!
Season is on us once again, get with me soon , and lets ride!

Just went on my first long trial ride with the sportsman has surprising power. But after riding for an hour or two started hearing like a high pitch noise alomost like belt noise. Just replaced belt maybe has 30 miles on it and I didn’t know if this noise was normal or not really only hear it going down a hill or creeping up a big hill and a little a idle. Any help would be great thanks!

I'm researching Bluetooth speaker alternatives for the Sportsman XP 1000 Touring. Polaris markets a piece of crap (based on size of driver, it cannot possibly sound very good with engine/road noise, etc) MB Quartz speaker (mounting hardware doesnt look like it would even fit the newer dash). I'm leaning towards marine speakers...

Is anyone running a decent Bluetooth speaker for the XP 1000 Touring?
