Tire size

Hey guys. Are the 28x8-12 & 28x10-12 the only tire size options for the Outlander G1? Would there be any issue to go with 28x9-12 & 28x11-12? Would it fit on the stock wheel or would i need to change the stock wheel as well?

250 Trailblazer won’t shift into reverse

Hi all. My knothead boy was riding my Trailblazer this afternoon when he locked the brakes going downhill and skidded into a tree. He broke the right side plastic front fender and now, when I line up the fender where it broke, the shift lever won't engage reverse because it hits the plastic. I can't find anything wrong, just now, the shift lever hits the back of the slot before engaging reverse. It'll engage forward fine and neutral - barely. I have to lift the fender up and pull it backward along the break in order to move the lever into reverse. I hope this makes sense. I guess my question is could he have messed up the adjustment on the shifter? If I could move the handle forward in the slot while not moving the shift rod, I think I could fix it. Is that possible? My old '92 4x4 shifter was a little different than this. Please feel free to email me at rwmcalister@hotmail.com for more info or with suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Wiring Question

2010 Outlander 800r EFI

Does anyone know which wire/selector switch sends the signal to the computer for low range so I can check the wiring?

The indicator light is going to "E - LIMP HOME MODE" with a check engine light when I put it in low only. I am getting the error code P0705. I have already cleaned all connections, and replaced gear selector switches. The issue seems to be just with LOW, so I am trying to trace that wire back.

Primary clutch vs mouse?

I just picked up a 13 xt 400 for my son, it has 300 miles so I figured just change the fluid and maybe a battery and should be good, it's a pretty clean unit however, I pulled the air box apart and a mouse made a home.

This made me decide to check the belt due to the inlet in the same area sure enough mouse inside there as well, the belt is frayed a little but the primary has some big grooves. Is this normal? Or maybe from chopped up mouse bones?

I have rode new machine 5 minutes in my yard and the mods started all ready 💰💰🤭 crazy how these machines get us to spend money but I love it we are only here for a little while so let’s have fun.

2014 Sportsman 570 dies

My 2014 570 with 1450 miles/ 150 hours seems to be running out of fuel. Just barely got me home today. Will run at just above idle but dies if more throttle used. Does always start right back up. Only used at the ski hill ,bought new, no deep water etc , plenty of cold tho but never had a problem before. Always had non ethanol fuel. Is this the dreaded fuel pump issue ? Probably going to dealer on Tuesday. Thoughts or advice ? Tks

New 570 Utility Edition

We just picked up this brand new 2018 Polaris Sportsman 570 Utility Edition this weekend. We came from a 2008 that was becoming more work than it was worth so we sold it and upgraded.

Pretty happy with the new bike so far. Still breaking her in around the yard while anxiously awaiting spring. We looked at a few other models and even other brands, but kept coming back to Polaris.

It got a little dirty on the ride home, oh well... they only stay real clean for so long.

2015 1000 sportsman xp engine light

My sportsman was running great, then i trailored it to the place we were going wheeling and it started but as soon as i hit the throttle the engine light came on and it spit and spuddered. It would idle but touch the throttle and the engine light would come on. we tried different things and all of sudden it was running good again but as soon as i shut it off the engine light came back on and it run like shit. We left it on the trailor and went riding for the day and when we came back it was running fine again and still is after getting it home! what could of happened?
