Hey im working on an 07 400 with the mikuni bsr33 and i dropped the rubber plug that was over the pilot screw and i was wondering how important is that to reinstall cause its somewhere on the skid or the frame or the trailer.

Is it critical that it be there or can i give up trying to find it?

Polaris has a handy VIN search tool that I use frequently - it's especially helpful for the models that do not have the current 17 digit VIN. Example - I recently had a guy come to me to order some parts for a 400 4x4 - he did not know the model name or the year, just that it was a 400 4x4 - he took a picture of the decal on the front cowl with the VIN shown as 2316133 - so what model is this?

Go here https://atv.polaris.com/en-us/vin-search/ and put in the VIN.

I used the info to look up parts for a 1994 W948140 400L 4x4 - the identifier shows it to be a Trailboss, but a Trailboss of that year was a 2x4 - however, it may have Trailboss graphics - I didn't get to see that part - at any rate, the owner got the parts he needed

I'm new to riding in NY Just bought a new to me 16' outty 1000 xt-p .. looking for places to ride this spring,summer and fall , where I can kinda come and go whenever , or ride with a group.. only thing I'm really aware of rite now is up in tug (I ride sled in tug) ... If anyone has places they ride or anything to help I'd appreciate it !! Thanks !

I had recently bought this quad. It ran before and when I got on it, it started fine and then as I was going down my road it just stopped. I tried starting it up but when I push the yellow start button nothing happens so I tried crossing the solenoid over but there was no spark. Also the low Dem lights don't work only the high beam, not sure if that as to do with anything. Can someone help?!?!? I had thought about it binging the transmission control unit under the front left fender but IDK about these new model with all the wiring it as. So yeah I would really really appreciate if someone can help me out. Thaxxx

I just got a .125” spring spacer from STM to install in my primary clutch.

Looking for advise on how to install this. Also what tools I will need.

Never had this clutch apart but im not afraid to takel it, Ive taken my snowmobile clutches apart in the past
