Hey all!
I have a couple questions.. this past fall we (the mrs. and i) went on a chilly ride (40*). I wore my hunting boots and a couple layers and was just fine. The mrs. isn't as warm blooded (or as furry lol) as i. Her main source of cold was her feet and hands. She wore a pair of knock off muck boots and some warm socks, and we got some gloves that i had worn when i was a trash man years ago, but they were warmer back then (or maybe it was due to me being younger lol).
I was curious what types of boots would be best for her to wear, but still flexible enough for her?
Also, without getting hand warmers (she hasn't given the OK on those.....yet), what types of waterproof and windproof gloves would be great for that type of weather? (30-40*) We both like gloves and not "mittens".
we have purchased items to cover our mouths and necks under our helmets.
